Wendy's Barrigada — Restaurant in Guam

I usually don't go through the drive thru because the line is so long, but the drive thru was surprisingly fast. Then I found out why. The people in the drive thru don't care. The one taking my order wouldn't let me finish my order he kept interrupting me, the cashier slammed the window while I said thank you have a nice day, and the person giving me my food didn't even acknowledge she just handed me my food and said thank you without looking at me. My fries were soaked in oil and my burger patty was not fresh. Wendy's is usually my go to but now I'm rethinking it based on customer service. I was having a great day before...

Service is usually okay, seems to have improved recently in my experience. At times accuracy of drive-thru orders is a hit or miss so always check before you leave the window! Goes for any drive-thru place really. It's one of the cheaper fast food options on the island so it is convenient for those on the go and are near the shopping area. General manager is receptive open to feedback and complaints or concerns and they're pretty good with replying to messages on their social media or contact email. So more like...

I went to the one in Barrigada and ordered a Jr cheese burger deluxe and I was annoyed and disappointed that the burger was half as thick as it used to. The chicken wrap is always good but it does not need to have so much Mayo - I will order light Mayo next time.
