Winchell's Mangilao — Restaurant in Guam

ATTN Winchells Managers: I've been wanting to complain about employees but I figured I'll give it a try here. I've been in you mangilao facility a couooenof times and have seen numerous customers walking out of your business due to the fact that tmyoy have 4 workers but can't seem to work any faster. Seems like they are half asleep or half a$$ working. This morning September 1, 2016 at 9:00 am I was there and had seen some customers walk out. Not good for business and you lose money then gaining. Only one worker was fast but the rest were slow and was always lazy. There were a guy and 3 girls. The chuukese older lady was the best worker outbif all of them. Food is always great.. especially when you are craving for their community favorites. Outward appearance is not welcoming, unkempt. Customer service is very poor. We were happy to drive thru and get our clam chowder, but the lady was rude and had a bad attitude. When we asked for flavors of smoothies, she slammed the window. It took me a minute to get over her reaction. The list of flavors was on the outside of the window. She opened quickly and was irritated and impatient with our order. There was no line behind us. Wouldn't go out of my way to come here. While they have added many new things to their menu, they are all just okay and haven't mastered any of their items.
