DO NOT COME HERE. I came here for dinner because of the high reviews but it was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

First, we waited 1.5 hours for the food and they brought us the food 30 minutes AFTER the restaurant closed. We got the lobster tail, lobster soup, fried red snapper, shrimp salad, lobster salad, and octopus salad. But everything was so overcooked it was barely edible. The lobster was so tough we were chewing it for a good 3 minutes, the snapper was extremely dry, the fries were soggy, the mofongo was balls of unflavored mush, and the most normal tasting item was the side salad which was just lettuce and dressing.

On top of the horrible food, they messed up one of our orders but we didn’t want to wait another hour for them to cook it so we had to just eat it. They also overcharged us for one of the items, which they refused to fix.

TLDR; do not come here, it’s a complete waste of your money,...

I’m surprised to see good reviews for this place. Save yourself time and money. Poor service and the food to match. We sat outside for more than 20 minutes and they took our order to “speed it up”. We then moved to another table outside, although they offered us a table inside. The drinks came after the appetizers and I had to ask for them. The fish soup didn’t have a great flavor to it and the mofongo was also questionable. The table ordered multiple plates of stuffed snapper….but they brought the orders incorrectly. Mind you, we ordered this when we first arrived and they brought the food out more than an hour or so later. The taste of the food was disappointing to say the least. I had two shrimp in my snapper, but one of the plates didn’t even have lobster (that was the stuffing).

All this to say, go somewhere else. You’ll get better food and better service....

The place was quite good in general. The drinks very good, but the mojitos was good but not excellent. Maybe the glass selection was not the best one for a mojito that not let "breath" with the flavors, but mix it very good. But the last shot very good execution in the mix of the liquors. The food was excellent thank you for the selection. Atmosphere very good like a presentation of the puertorrican warming that is the most in there. The service need to be a little more concern in their tables, specifically when we order a drink with the meal that comes with it and not 15 minutes after. But like I said in general very good. I'll like to...

Great customer service. So friendly. Very clean and Covid conscious! I did get the wrong entree and had a lobster empanada instead of the lobster soup I ordered but it was a language barrier issue and our server comped us our appetizer. So thoughtful as it was not her fault and I was happy with what I was served. A great experience for tourists that want to experience food as the locals do!

Second time eating here, the food was good. My issue was with the appetizer and main entree it was served with rotten salad. If the salad is bad just don’t serve it at all. Also had to ask for my check twice, when the place wasn’t busy.
