Possibly the most inattentive service I’ve ever received on the island. Every single time the “waiter” has been to our table, it’s because we had to flag him down. At this moment, he hasn’t been to the table in an hour. I might be able to understand if the place was packed, but there’s 4 tables. He’s been plenty attentive to the other tables, so it’s not that he’s too busy. It is our friend’s birthday, and we told the waiter this at the beginning, and this is the type of service they provide? Absolutely terrible. Will NOT be coming back and I do not recommend this place at all.

Edit: Reading some of the other reviews, I see that this is a regular issue that the “restaurant” doesn’t much care to address. Finally, the waiter Emmanuel came to the table, and when I told him it had been an hour since he came to the table, he said ‘oh yeah?’, and then completely ignored the complaint. Went for the first time on a Saturday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. The place was packed. It has both indoor and outdoor seating with a bar in each area. Top Banana was performing and we were happy to get the 80s vibes. We ordered a Mojito from the bar outside and it was awful (no sugar) and a Tito Vodka with pink grapefruit juice which was ok. We also ordered a few appetizers: chorizo al vino, queso frito with guava sauce and a huge order of wings. The food was pretty tasty although a bit overpriced. We then ordered a Parcha Mojito from the indoor bar and that was a little better than the first. The place has ample parking and the crowd is definitely an "older" crowd that enjoys 80s music. It will never beat the original Dunbar's but it is a pretty cool place to hang out. Lower the food prices and train the bartenders better at mixing drinks to give customers a better experience...

TERRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT VISIT! As previous reviews said, and I can confirm, that this is the most inattentive service I’ve ever received EVER! Every single time the Venezuelan waiter went to our table, it’s because we had to flag him down but ignored us multiple times saying he was busy but he was plenty attentive to the other tables. We told him to put only a 15% tip since this was the WORST service ever received, he said that tip had to be 18% or more (we were 4 people), and rudely said if the service wasn’t fast enough, to which I replied that it clearly wasn’t since we waited for a drink for about 35 mins, and this guy still got upset and rolling his eyes with a nasty attitude. In addition, this guy refused to split the check even though we asked multiple times. Absolutely terrible. Will NOT be coming back and I do not recommend this place at all. TRASH service! TRASH...
