I like being honest. They did give me and my family complimentary shots at the end so I added a star but I still want to be honest because after all I am reviewing food that people consume. To start off, the soup they give you complimentary is clearly from a can it's not freshly made it's extremely oily and if they claim they make it there then I can say it's been sitting in the back of their fridge for a while because it's awful. I asked then to take it back I didnt want it. The bread was good its kid of hard to mess up bread though. Ok off to the main dish.. I ordered fruta di mar pasta. I didnt finish it either. I know it's hard to find fresh seafood in puerto rico but it was just so oily again and it tastes like its premade frozen food that they just put in a microwave thaw it out and serve it. No lo recomiendo SERVICIO PÉSIMO y no creo que merezcan las estrellas que tienen deve ser que sus familiares o amigos O cuentas falsas que usan para comentaron positivo para ayudar en la evaluación del lugar visite el lugar en 3 ocasiones LA PRIMERA VES tuve que yo buscar la mesa al entrar luego pararme a buscar el menú y un refresco a la barra ya que esperando un buen tiempo para ser atendido el servicio no llegaba una ves cogieron la orden tardaron más de una hora en que llegara la comida y llegó fría la recalentaron y pensé lo más seguro es que tienen un pequeño problema en el personal en mi primera visita Después de un año la semana pasada visite el lugar y POR SEGUNDA VES Y SE REPITIÓ LA HISTORIA LOS EMPLEADOS EN LA BARRA NO TE SIENTAN NI TE ENTREGAN EL MENÚ DEVE UNO cogerlo AL ENTRAR y sentarse uno mismo tuve que que buscar al mesero luego de un bue. Rato esperando para que me Atendieran lo más irónico de todo era que los dueños juntos con sus nietos estaban en una mesa alado mío y no miraban el mal servicio que estaban dando tuve nuevamente que levantarme y ir a la vara en dos ocasiones a buscar un refresco ya que el que ordene el empleado olvidó traerlo un ves llego la comida el sabor estaba bien aunque demoro más de lo normal y el lugar solo eran 3 mesas con comensales esa misma semana fui con mi hija recogí el menú en la entrada me senté yo mismo y busqué el refresco en la vara ya que el empleado nuevamente lo olvidó le tragaron una sopa a mi hija y a mi la mía la trajeron 15 minutos después esperamos 30 minutos y cuando vimos que de las cuatro mesas ocupada iban a coger la orden de la segunda mesa que llevaba más tiempo que nosotros esperando nos levantamos pagamos las bebida y nos fuimos era la hora donde los empleados almuerza y si para atendernos toman más de 30 minutos cuanto tiempo se tardará en preparar la comida Si cambiaran la administración o se capacitarán como se atiende los clientes en un restaurante en servicio sería una...

Food was amazing! Service was terrible. Place wasn't packed and our waitress only came to deliver food and never showed up again. Had to ask another waitress to bring water and she never came with the water. Asked another waitress and still no water. My mom had to go ask for the water herself. Of course, they treated the ones that come here often as royalty. It's sad that because of poor service, they lose customers.
