I went on a Thursday night and I have some thoughts. Pros -There is ample parking in the rear of the restaurant -Indoor/outdoor dining -Food was good Cons -The music was LOUD -Drinks were overly sweet -Service can improve -Seating was not very comfortable I wanted to try this new place in Guaynabo. The only offer high table seating inside. If you want lower seating, there are available on the outside area. The staff are friendly, but they tend to forget about you sometimes. The margaritas were very sweet to our liking (ordering the original lime margarita). The elotes were fresh and juicy. Good portion of queso fundido and tacos birras were great. My biggest gripe from this place is that it felt like a Party Restaurant. As in, the music will be very loud and during busy nights, there could be someone singing through the speaker. A have no problem with music and singing in restaurant; but here, you have to SCREAM to your eating partner if you wish to have a conversation. So, if you wish to have a relaxing evening date, this is not your place.

"La Pachanga" of Guaynabo is a great Mexican restaurant in concept, not so much in its execution: *The Parking We arrived to find the parking area filled with large potholes, so if you have a low stanced car I would either skip it or park near the resaturant. Lest you will be buying a new front drive train. *The atmosphere Decorations are on point, but the music was really loud for the small space there is, made conversing very difficult. *The service The service left a lot to be desired, we were seated and warned that we had a set amount of time to dine before we had to give up our table. 15 minutes in and nobody had taken our order, I told my party one more minute and we were moving to another spot, when finally a waitress noticed us and asked us if anyone was servicing us. Our answer was no. *The food Great presentation, but absolutely no flavor. Price and amount of food seems fair, but I've had a lot better in the same price range.

Went during the day for lunch. Very colorful, there are hats in every table, loved it! It sure is a very lively place at night, like the one in Calle Loíza! Food was really good. To start, we had pico de gallo with chips. I had the birria tacos, the consomé was a pinch salty for my taste, but my husband disagree!! He had a carnitas burrito, and was delicious! The best was the ginger lemonade!! And the dessert, chocolate cake (molten) with vanilla ice cream, covered in caramel and chocolate syrup, with toasted caramel nuts, sooo good!! Definitely will go back, but at night!!

I called no one told me it was 2hrs limit. I have already spent $220 without tip the waitress was leaving because her shift was done I was passed to another waitress. At the moment we arrived there where only two tables with customer. I was introduced to another waitress who was amaizing after 1 hour 1/2 he advised our table that after 2hour service we had to stand on the bar or look for another place beside a table. This reacción from the staff was surpring to say the least. I have been working with customer service for over 18 years and I have never threatened a customer like this. Please review this unfortunate situation. I haven't seen my best friend in over 6 months because of my job and your staff made sure it ended in a swer note.

Please educate and change...
