Dunkin' — Restaurant in Guilford

Very Inconsistent (like most Dunkin’s). Sometimes the drive thru will move at a decent speed and my drink will be in point, other times I sit in the drive thru for 10-15 mins even if there’s only 1 car in front of me and the drink is poorly made. I do think the morning crew is better than the evening they seem to move faster. Makes zero sense that I spent like 15 mins in the drive thru at 6pm with only 1 car in front of me, and this isn’t the first time it happened. I don’t understand how Dunkin has no quality control, depending on the day you can order the exact same drink and it’s made completely different / comes out a completely...

Took 15mins after I ordered on the machine for someone to call my name although the food was sitting on the other side of the counter for about 5. All the employees were loud as hell just laughing at each other but one employee took the cake… He would consistently BURP very loudly, not sure if they thought they were alone in the store but my little kid was in shock. I’m glad this isn’t my local DUNKIN and I’m glad that we will never be visiting this place ever again....

Stopped on a road trip. There's no changing tables in the bathroom (what year is this?) and when I asked for a cup of milk for my baby's bottle they told me they couldn't sell me that. Last Dunkin I'll ever stop at.
