Angry woman who was working today at 4:30 was terrible. Not only was she terrible as a server. No sauce then would slam everything down. No napkins. When went up to pay and get Togo containers, I asked for 1 Togo and cup for her frozen drink. I got 2 food containers. When I was asking for Togo container. She assumed I wanted the pho but did not. I also paid with a credit card while up there. As a retired Chef most tipped employees prefer cash. I wrote CASH in tip line. When she brings Togo cup is when she decided to ask how the food was. Not before when we were eating it. It was okay. Her English wasn’t great so I didn’t know what she was asking. Tip never came to mind. Then she finally said service or something. I asked tip? YEAH NLAH BLAH BLAH. I said again I wrote cash. This is all going on in from of my daughter I just picked up from New Haven children’s hospital. Great experience you rude rude lady.

So after all that no she did...

Read moreI have ordered take out from this restaurant twice. The food is always fresh, the lunch prices are unbeatable, and the service is above and beyond (especially for what you would expect for typical take out). It is always enjoyable to come here. We have tried the thai iced tea, bubble tea, thai basil fried rice, chicken fried rice, pad thai, and a few stir fry dishes I can't recall, along with the spring rolls and crab rangoon for appetizers. Everything was great. Food was well packaged and portions were generous. We enjoyed ordering from here then driving down to Hammonasset to have lunch...
