There were so many good things about this restaurant, that it's hard to even say anything negative. I will start with saying, the attention given to the fact that my daughter has Celiac and cannot have any gluten, was incredible! The waiter made sure we knew he understood the concern for making sure her meal was gluten free. The manager himself prepared her meal... she wanted a gluten free cheese pizza with sausage. After preparing it to cook, he realized the sausage was not gluten free, and started her meal over, to guarantee no gluten exposure. She absolutely loved her extra cheesy pizza and fries! My oldest daughter had the Chicken Club and loved it as well! They made it exactly to her liking. My husband had the Baha Tacos with a side of Sauteed Mushrooms. The sauce they put on the tacos is "to-die-for" and the sauteed mushrooms tasted great! I had the Caribbean Shrimp and I honestly cannot say enough about how delicious it was! It was mouthwatering. One of the best seafood meals I've had in a long time! I hated when I ate it all! The shrimp was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the rice with black beans and grilled peppers and onions was so good, but the sauce on top is what truly made the meal! So delicious! Wish I had the recipe! The only complaint is that we felt a little unwanted... we were tourists... locals came in 5 minutes behind us, and were greeted and served before us. They literally finished their meal before our food even arrived at our table! AFTER COMING IN AFTER US! To see that happen right in front of us was very disappointing. We started to leave, but our waiter was very apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned that we were upset. That's when the manager came out, gave our daughter her pizza, and explained the delay was due to redoing her pizza. He then came back to verify she wasn't allergic to peanut butter and gave us two slices of gluten free peanut butter pie, on the house! There were signs on the door as you entered saying please be patient, they were short staffed. I'm so glad we stayed patient and waited. The meal was one of the best we've had in a long time, the attention to detail with my daughter's allergy, the concern over us being upset about the delays, it all turned out wonderful!! We look forward to coming back down to eat here...

Brand new to town, went in for the first time, (they were not busy). Asked host for a menu and where to place a take out order. She told me to place the order with the bartender. When bartender finally got over to me I told her I was new in town and had never been there, she just looked at me, I got a water looked over the menu, when she finally came back I had a couple questions about some items, rice was the first one, I wanted to know wat the different ones were, the one she started with was "like dirty rice with other stuff, you know". Wat is dirty rice and wat is the other stuff cuz I don't know. So I decided asking questions about other items pry would go well either. So I just started ordering wat I was wanting. I ordered a flat bread and SHE WALKED AWAY, 😳 I told her I was not done ordering if she didn't mind I would like something else also. I proceeded to tell her that I would like to try some of the tacos, in the middle of that one of the waitresses yelled across the room for something that she needed and my bartender completely shrugged me off, like I was not even placing an order. Then she asked me to repeat what I said. Smh I went out to the patio to wait, came back in, again NOT BUSY AT ALL I asked if I could go ahead and pay, she laid a device in front of me with my bill, as I had my cash in my hand trying to give it to her, (didn't really care about the price, I just drove 12 hrs with 2 cats, i was tired and hungry), SHE WALKED AWAY AGAIN. So I patiently waited for her to finish talking to her coworkers, when she was done I guess, she stepped over to take my money. When she got my change SHE CALLED ME OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE TO GET MY CHANGE😳??. I like to tip but I do accordingly and for my first time EVER there and I TOLD HER THAT, she was not helpful with the menu, didn't seem too friendly, kinda made me feel like I was burdening her so I didn't leave much of one at all, and rightfully so. It was afternoon hrs, seems like others have had similar experiences during those times, don't know if it was the same person but kinda matched my experience as well. Before I start my review, understand I usually try to eat on the healthier side.. I do a lot of air frying, and I have learned at home how to air fry some of the most amazing what would have usually been deep-fried chicken recipes. With that being said, when we saw that they bake their food and do not fry it, we were all about trying this place.

First, the positive. The server was excellent, and we subsequently started with fried pickles. All of the fried pickles came out soggy, and definitely, nothing was crispy at all. We ate a few and tried it from different portions of the basket but did not eat most of it. We ordered chicken wings with a variety of sauces. I have no idea what their variation of baked is, but the chicken had the most God-awful taste in a chicken I have ever tasted. There were several of us at the table; we tried different wings and tried different areas. The taste was so foul/pungent that we did not finish the wings; we couldn't. We did order the chicken taco, which was actually good. The fries were the soggiest, most tasteless order of fries I have ever had in my life. By how bad the food tasted, I was looking around to see if I was on an episode of Bar Rescue and if Taffer would come in and yell, "Shut it down."

We love baking, grilling, and air frying chicken, including breast, whole chicken, chicken wings, and even french fries. I have no idea how or why the chicken tasted almost like it was rotten and why the fries were soggy along with the fries. The only good thing was the chicken taco.

Overall, I would avoid this place like the plaque for food. Their drink selection was good, as well as the service we had (That is why they get 2 stars). But, in my opinion, I am not sure that someone wouldn't get sick from...
