I won't be coming back to this location. I'm not the type of person to blast someone's business and leave them a bad review, but seriously, I won't ever be giving this location my money again. Let me start off with where things went wrong the first time. My fiance and I ordered a pizza one night around 11:45 and had it delivered. We got the pizza and the pizza seemed undercooked. We had ordered half of it with philly steak on it and a quarter of that half literally had no philly steak. Three hours later I threw up the pizza. It made me pretty sick. I called the customer support line and left a complaint to which the manager or owner called me back, apologized and gave me credit for the issues that I ran into. He was wonderful and very nice to me on the phone. We used those credits that same day to order a couple more pizzas and left to go pick up the pizzas. When I got there to pick them up there were two employees working. I didn't catch either of their names. The guy that was working came up to me, grabbed my pizzas and started helping me get going. The girl that was working was on the phone when I walked in speaking to a customer. Halfway through my checkout she gets off the phone and starts speaking to me. The first thing out of her mouth, in the rudest most passive aggressive tone, is, "I noticed that on the commentary you said the pizza made you sick. It's very seldom that we get a complaint like that so I just want to make the suggestion that maybe you have a glutton allergy and should try one of our glutton free doughs." First off, there was no need to address the complaint that I made. Swallow your pride, let me get my pizzas, and leave. Second, who are you to suggest that I may have a glutton allergy? I've been eating bread in many different forms for 21 years, I think I'd realize by now that bread makes me sick. This employee is also the same exact employee that decided to yell at my fiance a few nights prior when she walked up to the door to grab the pizza we had ordered to which we were told to go through the drive through after she had opened the door and taken the money from her and then went on to ask her where our car was in, once again, a rude tone. I've got no issue any longer about the pizza that made me sick. I've got no issue against the guy that rang me out or the manager/owner that had called me. Now, the issue is completely against the rude employee that works for this location. She is the lone reason I will never give my money and business to this Domino's location ever again. Even after the pizza had made me sick and I was awaiting a callback from someone because of the complaint I had made, we still ordered pizza three times from that location within the five or six days it took for me to hear something back. Read moreVery upset with the customer service at the Lorriane rd store in Gulfport, Ms. I ordered two pizza's tonight 5/13 at 851pm. It took a while for it to be on its way, which is understandable. I live 4 mins away though! At 934pm, the tracker said my pizza was delivered. I was waiting at my door when the tracker said the Deliver (Dylan) was on his way. 4 mins!! Then my app said the pizza was delivered. I wait about 3 mins before I called the store. I spoke to Rosa and explain I haven't received my order and the app said it was delivered. She passed the phone to a man which didn't give his name. He apologized and stated the guy had two orders on the route that I should receive my order with in a few mins. I began to tell him that the app said delivered over ten minutes ago. I live 4 mins away. So I waited another 25 minutes without seeing or hearing nothing! I called the store again to cancel my order 10:05pm. The girl (Rose) didn't apologized and told me that my refund should be back in my account 3-5 bisness days. I asked should be or will be? I really can't believe it take 3-5 days for a refund. FYI, good customer service would have A: apologized and said we will take care of you, the deliverer must of made and error and we will put you on top of our list as priority and get that pizza to you immediately and we will give you a half refund or maybe a free drink or something Or B: I'm really sorry about the mix up. Can I refund you and offer a free pizza for another date. But I wasn't offered anything, I was told a lie about the another order being on the route. A four minute drive from the store to my home! As a Store Team Leader of a Retail store myself, I understand staffing issues if this may have been the problem? BUT, Domino's needs to teach their employees how to handle situations like this. Read moreI order from the lorraine location at least 2 or 3 times a week...and the food has always been great..my only frustration at first was that they could NEVER FIND MY HOUSE... even though every time I order I put the directions on there step by step... yet every time they got lost and had to call me and I'd have to get in my car and go find them...by then my food was cold. Well finally that situation got a little better, and then they messed up my pizza, I never complain because I am a manager at a fast food restaurant...and I know things happen people make mistakes, so I politely called and told them they put onions and peppers on my sandwich and I even offered to come get a remade sandwich and to bring my old one back, but instead I was put on hold and a manager picked up and said "You didnt say no onions or peppers, I said yes sire I did, but even if it was a miscommunication, I will gladly drive to your store and bring back this sandwich, but instead I was told again, rudly, "theres nothing I can do thats how you ordered it" . Ive worked in food for over 5yrs and NEVER once have I called any of my customers a liar...even if I thought they were wrong, I went out of my way to fix the mistake and apologized, so that when they left my store they felt appreciated and they wanted to come back. I am appalled by the way he talked to me and angry that I didn't get to eat dinner that night, and had to be out that money I spent. I wasn't trying to get free food...I wasn't even trying to make them redeliver my food....yet I was treated like I was just a liar trying to get out on them. So although their food is great...their managers seriously lack customer service skills. And if you're going to ask for "special delivery instructions on the app, then maybe your drivers should take the time...
