I went through the drive-thru, ate my food in my car... The pop was very flat so I ended up dumping it out and went inside to get a refill. Lupe proceeded to rudely and loudly tell me no, she will refill it. She told me I had to buy something, to which I explained to her that I had just gone through the drive-thru and then she told me that they do not have a drive-thru... Which was strange. I understand that really to get refills you should eat inside, but I had my baby with me, which was why I elected to eat in my car instead. Very unprofessional... I would've just bought another pop but it was flat to begin with. Maybe they should change their sodas out more frequently. Regardless, I am very disappointed, I never even write reviews but I felt this was unfair and very strange that she claimed there was no drive-thru. Will not be returning. Thank you for embarrassing me, Lupe. How hard would it have been to just refill my original flat soda, or at least offer a discount since it was flat. I mean the guy at the window needed to take advantage of the new recreational marijuana law and smoke some because boy did he have a bug up his butt! Needles to say i cancelled my order,got a refund and headed to this location. Amazing customer service! She got my order correct exactly! My special request for a large soda with very light ice and filled to the top wasnt an issue at all! I even paid less! Se exact order at rt.41&wadsworth-$19.95...total at rt.4@& delany- $19.26...all in all im happy i drove the extra mile or two. Never going back to the wadsworth location they can keep the attitude and horrible service! This location for the win! Read moreThe manager Kathy was flexible and understanding when I stopped in for a cup of coffee this morning. I asked her if she would kindly put it in a larger cup because I didn't have time to sit and drink refills and was on my way to Minneapolis. Generally their letter of the law and want to charge you more because the cup is larger when reality it costs minimal two to make the same cup out of the same material. Although it's policy to charge more for the larger cup Kathy used her 36 years of managerial experience and built a relationship with my first time visit to the store. I'll definitely be back because I felt valued as a customer and that Kathy clearly modeled the McDonald's motto of give them the pickle. Kudos to you Miss Kathy and thank you for making my morning...
