Dunkin' — Restaurant in Guttenberg

This location is THE WORST Dunkin' location. The manager is so rude and nasty. I told her my order 3 times and she still did not make the drink right. Its a simple drink, she just doesn't listen or care. She then YELLS at the customers because she can't make any of the drinks right or listen. I have come here a couple of times and every single time it was a horrible, nasty experience. I also saw someone comment that they treat people of color differently here and I can confirm that is 100% true. The manager is just miserable and she is always angry and is soo disrespectful to everyone, including her own staff. Makes for an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience every time you go to get a cup of coffee and on top of that your coffee is NEVER right and tastes SO OFF. Never had this problem at other Dunkin' Donuts locations. I truly think its the manager and how she teaches and acts towards her employees. This place is honestly a joke and does not run the same as any other Dunkin locations and the drinks are always so wrong that you wouldn't even think you're in a regular Dunkin' Donuts . Apparently Dunkin Donuts no longer has coffee coolattas, despite their menu stating they do?! Anyway I went in this location and asked for a coffee coolatta with caramel flavor the lady at the register didn't say a word about the drink being discontinued, I paid and waited for my drink. She brought out a drink that was nothing like a coolatta, mostly creamy slush so I said this doesn't look like a coolatta to which she said ok I'll add more coffee and brought it back with an even worse tasting beverage. I said I didn't like this and to make me another proper one, that's when another employee mentioned Coolatta has been discontinued so I said ok refund me the money back and the lady refused. I asked a few times I didn't get the drink I wanted so it's your obligation to refund me the $ back but she refused. I’ve been to many Dunkin’ Donuts, and almost none of them have friendly service, but this one is the worst. I’ve gone many times because it’s close to my work, and they’re always missing something. When you order something, they give it to you reluctantly, and it’s never done right, either because they don’t know how to make it or they don’t have the ingredients. Today, I ordered a large hot coffee with hazelnut, which was supposed to be free on the app, and they gave me a cold, medium, regular coffee instead. When I told the cashier, she had no idea what was going on, probably because they’re not well-trained with the register either, and she spoke to me as if she was the one paying for it.
