Phantom Burger & Brewery — Restaurant in Haddam

Went to this place after a day boating in the river. Very convenient location. Excellent beer list...However they served the IPA i ordered in a stemmed wine glass. Why? That is worse than the stupid tulip glasses they serve IPA in but I just don't understand. The bartender claimed it was 16 oz but it sure didn't look like it and if you are going to give me 16 oz, give me a pint glass, not a WINE glass.

Food we ordered was good.

The server was a 20 year old kinda kid who was absolutely clueless and terrible. I know help is hard to find but please help this kid.

Finally tried this place out and we were so impressed. Showed up for early dinner on a Sunday so it wasn’t busy but there were people in and out. They were very accommodating of our four young kids. The beer selection is great (we love to see a beer list with more variety than only IPAs!!) We also tried food and it was all great - even the kids food - we had burgers, fried chicken, Mac and cheese, kids personal pizza and everyone loved it. Soft opening is going well. The 1 IPA on draft was very flavorful. We enjoyed the 2 different chicken sandwiches on the menu. The space is open and inviting. We look forward to new beers coming to the menu and additional progress on their opening (web site is under construction). No dogs permitted on their small patio just yet. Nice to have this brewery gem in our backyard. We will try again soon and keep you...
