Marcello Pizza & Italian — Restaurant in Haddon Township

Me and my husband have a movie night with our friends once a week and we always order at least 2 pies and wings. We ordered a pineapple pizza and when it was came realized it was plain. So we call and tell them that it’s missing the pineapple to which they respond “did you check inside?”. We . So let them know that of course we checked thoroughly there was no pineapple on the pizza. So they told us they’d come pick up the pizza and make a new pineapple one which they also said would take at least an hour. So we asked if they could credit us for the pineapple which is only 2 dollars more. They said that they would and we kept the cheese pizza. When we ordered the next week they pretended like they didn’t remember what happened (my husband heard them speaking in Spanish talking about the very situation that happened so we know they remembered). They claimed they needed to ask the manager and he wasn’t in until Tuesday which kind you was a week from then because it was a Wednesday. So overall they refused to give us a 2 dollar credit for pineapple and they lost customers that would’ve been ordering at least once a week 65 dollars worth of stuff. Terrible customer service. Will never be eating...

Placed and order. 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, and spaghetti . Was told it’ll be there in 40 minutes. 45 minutes later I called for an update she said he’ll be leaving in 5 minutes. Cool. 25 minutes later I call since I only live 8 minutes away. She says he has multiple delivers, so my response is yo just cancel it it’s been an hour and a half. I went down the street placed the same order at a different store, picked it up, and got home. The delivery guy was just arriving. Marcellos used to be a quality spot. Service, and quality has declined at a steady pace over the years. Go to Tsu sei Bella if you want quality food...

The person who answered the phone is so rude and impatient.. he got mad because another customer didn't know what they wanted. And I guess because I order the same family special and was explaining to him what I wanted on the sandwich he was upset n rolling his eyes and throwing them up in the air. Not knowing my husband was they already to pick up the order.You would think he would show me some kinda respect I'm was a loyal customer and so was my brother. But it's okay. Because you will never get another dollar...
