I will be very straight forward. This place has the WORST Chinese food or even food I've ever had. I am originally from California (just visiting family) and have grown up eating Asian food and a variety of others, hence I'm a big foodie. My 17 year old sister couldn't even eat her chicken cutlet which is so simple to make and they couldn't even cook that right; it was all pink. My husband had some orange chicken and you know how you just pop those in your mouth? They all might have been pink too so we'll see. Also the chow mein?? I could hear my daughter TWO chairs away crunching on the chow mein. Literally crunching. My father had told me it was good 10 years ago so I guess the chef is new; they might want to hire a new chef because what in the world. At check out, they still tried to charge me for the "out of stock" order,...

The Shrimp Kelaguen with corn titiyas(right amount of heat/fresh red peppers), and steamed veggies were most delicious!!! The 'tropical' cake dessert was truly moist and delectible. Though a bit on the pricey side, the staff and ambience of a modern restaurant: soft welcoming pastel walls, soft ceiling lights, very comfortable booths(new). *Oh and did I say Chamorro owned? Keep it up House of Chin Fee, you're a keeper. Please note this review was for my in-house dining experience and does not include take out orders....
