updated 1/30/2025 Review for Kailyn (server) and Lindsay (awesome manager) āāāāā Review for Pandora Diner in Hainesport
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Pandora Diner in Hainesport, and we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional service we received. Our server, Kailyn, was nothing short of amazing. She was attentive, personable, and had a fantastic sense of humor that made our dining experience both enjoyable and memorable. Her excellence in service truly stood out, and we couldn't have asked for a better server.
However, the outstanding service didn't stop with Kailyn. We also have to give a huge shoutout to Lindsay, the manager. It's clear that great service starts at the top, and Lindsay's leadership is a testament to that. Her dedication to training and mentoring her staff is evident in the way every server, especially Kailyn, performs their duties with such professionalism and warmth. Lindsay's ability to create a positive and supportive work environment is what makes this diner a cut above the rest.
We've visited other Pandora locations, including the one on Route 206, which was good, but Lindsay's management at the Hainesport location is truly top-notch. We've seen firsthand how well she treats her team, and it's no wonder that everyone excels in their roles. The atmosphere she fosters is one of excellence and genuine care for both the staff and the customers.
Our dining experience was nothing short of amazing and fun, and we can't wait to come back. The Pandora Diner in Hainesport has become our favorite spot, thanks to the incredible service from Kailyn and the exemplary leadership from Lindsay. We love coming back to this diner and look forward to our next visit!
See you soon!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review for Stephanie at Pandora 4 Diner
We recently had our first dining experience at Pandora 4 Diner, and it was absolutely fantastic, thanks to our wonderful server, Stephanie. From the moment we sat down, Stephanie's vibrant personality and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable.
Stephanie was attentive, friendly, and full of energy, making us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made great recommendations from the menu. Her warm and engaging demeanor turned our meal into a delightful experience.
We were so impressed with Stephanie's service that we can't wait to come back and request to sit at her station again. If you're looking for a great dining experience with top-notch service, make sure to ask for Stephanie. She truly made our visit special!
Thank you, Stephanie, for making our first visit to Pandora 4 Diner an awesome one. We'll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe've been to the latest Pandora in Hainesport twice in the last week. Once on a Saturday evening and once for a weekend lunch. First, I want to say everything I ordered and ate was very, very good: Amish Roast Beef Over Stuffing, delicious! Mississippi Pot Roast Sandwich, perfect! The roast was real roast and cooked perfectly! And, I am a French Onion Soup fan and I had it both times as a starter - fantastic!
Each came with choice of soup OR salad and $2.49 for a FO soup upgrade, which I think is very reasonable. A pickle and a too small thimble of cole slaw should be upgraded; it is very good but too small. To upgrade from fries, is also a very reasonable price IMHO for sweet potato fries, onion rings, etc.
In fact, all of their prices seem very reasonable and on that alone, along with the tasty food I believe they will succeed - we all want them to. We need more good, fairly priced and clean diners. The new Pandora accomplishes that. Portions are very generous and I usually never bring food home but I did both times!
Where it broke down a bit (and this is certainly fixable) is the service aspect. The staff should be trained to smile at their customers, welcome us when we come to Pandora as we are taken to our booth, and certainly introduce yourself with your first name when our server first comes to take our order; none of this happened. Also, tell us the specials; did not happen. Two different servers looked very stressed and very unhappy when waiting on us and it definitely dampens the experience. Plus, both times things were incorrect or ignored and we had to remind the servers. Again, perhaps some additional training would do the trick.
We'll definitely be back and perhaps next time, we will be lucky and have a happy, buttoned-up server who is not perfect but does his or her job very well and with a smile. And doesn't look angry at us when we ask for something and acknowledge our request.
I do however look forward to our next visit....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSeveral weeks ago, I found a cook's hair cooked into the melted cheese of my meatloaf special. I was too overwhelmed by disgust to order anything else. My son's meal (chicken fingers) was overly fried, and dried out but he is nine years old and did not mind. My wife enjoyed her meal.
While my server was absolutely empathetic over the ordeal (a proper tip was left as he is not the cause of event) and did his best to help, the manager, apologized and offered to remove the cost of the food, with the hair, that I did not eat.
I waited a few weeks to give consideration to my review. As I am diagnosed Audhd, letting go of the event took several days, disrupting my eating habits and such.
The very least the manager could do other than the apoloies, was just that, remove the item from the bill. She did me no favor and in hindsight definitely made the apology less genuine. My wife noted how incredibly empathetic our server was, he was a good young man and performed optimally.
I recommend the servers here but have no faith in the food service.
The balance between a long thick hair cooked into and hanging out of my meal thus losing my appetite for days, and getting said meal removed from my bill and countless apologies from management, to be uneven.
I recommend Pandora. I cannot...
