Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Haleyville

I don’t usually write reviews—this is actually my first one—but this experience was so bad that I felt it needed to be shared. I came in exhausted and just needed something quick to grab for dinner, but what I got was anything but convenient or enjoyable.

When I placed my order online, I thought I might have made a mistake because it wasn’t showing up on my end. I decided to just pay for another one, but something told me to ask the staff to double-check their system first. Unfortunately they never got around to it because they realized they messed up my order again.

While I was waiting, I overheard the staff complaining about a customer who had just picked up a large order. They criticized her for not calling 24 hours in advance, even though they were the ones who accepted the order. Then, when my pizza was ready, they started making rude remarks about how I ordered it. The negativity and lack of professionalism were shocking.

To make matters worse, when they finally made my pizza correctly, it was terrible. The crust was so hard that I couldn’t even eat it. Spending money on something inedible is beyond frustrating, especially when you’re tired and just want a quick meal.

This experience was an absolute letdown. I hope management takes action to address the staff’s behavior and the poor food quality because this level of service is...

Our local Pizza Hut doesn't seem to participate in most anything on the online app. You will figure that out once your frustration has escalated by trying to work your way thru the online menu, give up and call. Hopefully the same person(s) won't be on the phone that i had. They rattle off the options so quickly it's very difficult to hear and understand if your like me with a hearing deficit. They must have 1 as well because the words "hey, I don't hear that well. I'm a nd ya to start over, slow down and speak up plz.": after repeating that request 2x's he slowed dwn upon learning that although I was fairly hungry and def wanting a pizza, I didn't have to pick The Hut. That anyplace would get it done. Approx 3 mins later I stopped the order, and told them I'd be doing something different. 45 mins later... that pizza was delivered surprisingly to the correct address but after a cancellation and before a payment. Grab a Big Bacon from Jacks and save yourself some grief, they just aren't as good as they used...

Pizza Hut in Haleyville Alabama has the best employees & customer service you could ever ask for & I WILL ONLY GET MY PIZZA HUT PIZZA AT THE HALEYVILLE ALABAMA STORE it's by far the best pizza we have anywhere near our small town!!!! I also want to say this: I will not get anything from the Pizza Hut in Jasper Alabama they have the worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had & the staff is very rude & they will not let you get a refill but you have to say something about needing more to drink multiple times before you have an employee stomp over halfway refills your drink then sets it down so hard that it splashes on you & the thing is I wasn't being hateful, or rude, or anything I am not like that but I will say that if I were being ugly and rude I would have understood the attitude he had with me but I was...
