Arby's — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Used to love this place. I have done multiple orders recently on the app and they say "come inside " when I say I have a online order. today I was in alot of pain (I have chonic pain issues in my legs) I asked for them to please check if my order was ready since I have mobility issues. Anouther person came on the speaker and said "come inside" no please, no "can you" so I went inside. I know I seemed a bit like a Karen but I was yelling (while using a walker) and asked for a mananger. A younger guy said "I'm the manager" I could tell it was his voice that said to come inside the 2nd time. I told him that I have to use mobility aids and it is discrimation that when I told them I have mobility issues they had me come inside anyway for no reason (my food was ready and right behind the counter) they where not busy (one person was inside waiting on food , no other people where in the drive though) The guy never once said sorry.i could hear employees in the back making fun of me, and I could hear him mumbling about me. He said they did not hear me say I had mobility issues, which I know is not true since they had a 2nd person answer, which means they just thought I was being difficult

When I got home I did call their corporate number (the distact mananger number is no longer on the window). I let them know someone will end up reporting them to ADA who will do a fine if they send someone and they do it to the ADA rep. Those fines are normally 5-15k so I'm sure they don't want that.

Till they fix this I'm going to go to the arbys in canal since they never once have given...

Worst arbys ever. We ordered the drive thru. A roast beef and cheddar classic meal with strawberry lemonade medium. The country style rib meal with strawberry lemonade medium. Small fry. Reeses cookie. Well we got the food the small fry was never rung up...we got one classic lemonade instead strawberry and then everything was small! We got little kids drinks. So the food was terrible too, I'm pretty sure I'm going to get sick from eating it. Everything was cold...the rib sandwich was cold and dry. The roast beef sandwich which was mine, tasted so strange. Idk I've never tasted any beef n cheddar like that idk what was wrong. But my husband had to be at a job and I took my medication so needed to eat. God I hope it wasn't bad beef. Since they didn't ring up the small fry, we gave our two year old my husband's fry. They were so cold and yucky she just tried it then threw it back at us. She loves fries and even specifically arbys fries. Like really nothing was good besides the reeses cookie and...

Why attempting to place an order in the drive through, the individual taking orders ask me to take a moment and look at the menu. I waitied several moments as well as 3 other customers behind me. The guy behind me has a loud exhaust and leaves causing another individual to say "ohhh I think he left". I respond back by saying "No, I'm still here are you accepting orders". No response again. As I pull forward to leave there is a male employee with his headset on smoking a cigarette. I asked his if they were accepting orders and he said "yes". I also informed him that I attempted to place a order and no one responded after saying the comment about them believing that I left. He stated that i should pull back around. As soon as I pulled back up to place my order the very last person that was in line before with me placed his order without issue. As soon as I pull up the samething as before. I ended up leaving to eat else where. The staff at this location are rude, uninviting and lacking in respect...
