Second time coming. I can't wait to try more. First of all the woman who owns the place is amazing. She is serious about her business and food and exudes passion and love when you speak to her. This place is no frills as are many of the finest delis and pizzarias. I got the turkey panini with mozzarella and pesto. Huge panini served the fries that are just right...(you know the kind and are just so crispy they are blistered looking and you know just by looking at them they are going to be amazing and soft inside when you bite them.)The sandwich made my close eyes with every bite savoring every second it was in my mouth. I could only exhale a sigh of pure joy, smirk, and shake my head on my way in for another bite. I couldnt put this sandwich down, fortunately it was cut in half. I remember now the first time I ate it they forgot cut it in half and I picked it up, noted how strange it was that I had this entire massive panini in my hand at once, then proceeded to finish the whole thing without even putting it down. We stopped into a very quaint, cute little place and were greeted by the friendly and smiling faces of the folks working there.
Having been in numerous pizzarias, you can tell this one is different. On every shelf is a imported cheese, or imported oil, it is clear quality ingredients are important here and Bella is proud of what they make.
That all said, was it worth it? Absolutely, the pizza here is fantastic. Trying the Bolognese, I can tell you it was absolutely top tier. Even the cheesesteak was delicious.
Couple the great food with the friendliness and service from the staff who treat you more like family then a customer, you want to make sure Bella is on your list of Jersey...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBella Italian Eatery Pizza and Deli has by far the best pizza in New Jersey. Their Grandma pie has a delicious delicate crust with lots of fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil. The baked ziti is a huge portion, perfect for sharing and comes with my personal favorite rosemary bread. The key to many of my favorite dishes is their homemade marinara sauce, perfectly spiced and wonderfully fresh. The owner Luana is incredibly friendly and you feel like a part of the family every time you walk through the doors. Service is very fast for eating in and take out. It is my favorite place for Italian food in central Jersey. I literally cannot recommend...
