Hogback Deli & Grill Premium Catering — Restaurant in Bordentown Township

I am so disappointed in the way I was treated on Father's Day that I will never come here again. I ordered our father's day picnic lunch online with time for them to make it. When I went to pick it up, they did not see my name and asked what I ordered. I told them and even showed the confirmation email I got. They said their computer didn't print it out and we would have to wait 30 minutes for them to make it, because they were busy and it was Father's Day. THAT'S why I ordered it way ahead of time. I asked for a refund, which they did but with no apology. AT ALL. I could have been loud because by the time they figured out what happened there were at least 10 people behind us. But I did not make a scene.

Customer service is EVERYTHING. I don't care how good your food is, if you don't treat me politely or apologize for YOUR mistake I will NEVER return, and I will let ALL of my friends know. A $60 dollar order is not pocket change.

We recently used Hogback Deli for my daughter's baby shower. Rob was very responsive, good communication. The food was amazing! We started with the cheese/meat/cracker (nice assortment) and veggie trays. The veggies were great, some were blanched so they weren't so hard to eat. There were giant carrots that were so good! Main course was a gourmet sandwich and panini tray with a Caesar salad. Sandwiches were fabulous, great combinations and plenty of filling. They came with some specialty toppings that were yummy and awesome homemade potato chips too! We got desserts elsewhere, but served the fruit platter with it, and that was a hit. We planned for 40, ended up with 25, and I think there was food for at least 50! We will definitely be using them for future events. It's a small place, easy to miss, but...
