Our wedding at The Hamilton Manor (July 2025) was truly the best day of our lives—and that’s thanks in no small part to the incredible team who made every single moment smooth, seamless, and so special. From the moment we toured the Manor, we just knew. The property is stunning, but it was Erin—who gave us our initial tour—who sealed the deal. She was kind, patient, and incredibly clear. Every detail of the sales process was laid out with honesty and transparency, which immediately earned our trust and made us feel confident in our decision. Throughout the planning process, we had the pleasure of working with Diana, who is a total gem. She’s organized, responsive, sweet, and so knowledgeable. People often say wedding planning is stressful… but honestly? It never felt that way with Diana and the team. They had us so well-prepared that all we had to do was show up and enjoy. (Huge shoutout to Cala’s Floral Boutique and TMT Weddings for helping bring the day to life.) The day itself was flawless. Diana introduced us to our incredible bridal attendant Caitlyn, who was by our side the entire night—anticipating every need and making us feel completely taken care of. She even stepped in as the “bad cop” when we needed help politely moving our photographers along so we could get back to the party—handled with total grace. We were also lucky enough to interact with the owners, Joe and Melissa, throughout. They are genuine, present, and clearly pour their hearts into this venue. That love is reflected in every team member you encounter. The service staff was next-level. From our head server Shania—who made us feel like royalty—to every server who personally delivered meals to guests by name and dietary need, it felt like five-star hospitality. “Jacob, you have the shellfish allergy—here’s your plate.” “Ashley, you’re gluten-free—this one’s yours.” Huge thanks to our amazing servers: Gail, Marisol, Willy, William, Santiago, Nymere, Allison, Raimar. You each helped make the night so memorable. The bartenders were absolute stars—fun, fast, and full of personality. They kept the energy high and the vibes festive, making every guest feel welcome and cared for. People talked about them just as much as the food and music. And of course, our maître d’, Lloyd, was the heartbeat of the evening—floating all night to ensure everything ran smoothly. He just got it—no instructions needed. You could feel his experience and care in every moment. The cocktail hour was legendary. There was SO much variety—from the carving station to the slider bar, the pasta station to the Italian stuffed breads—and that’s just scratching the surface. Guests were blown away by how much there was, and how delicious every single bite tasted. It wasn’t just quantity—it was quality, too. Dinner was equally impressive. The salads were fresh and vibrant, and the entrées were unforgettable. We had the braised short rib with shrimp skewers—rich, juicy, and full of flavor. Our vegan guests were raving about the cauliflower piccata—hearty, savory, and totally satisfying. Dessert was a dream. We chose the Italian pastry table and Boardwalk Bar—playful, indulgent, and a huge crowd-pleaser. And the cake! We went with Palermo’s Bakery and wow… I don’t even like cake, and I could’ve cried at the tasting. It was perfectly moist, rich without being too sweet, and just incredible on the wedding day. We had a live band (shoutout to EBE Talent), and they flowed seamlessly with the Manor’s team. It was clear everyone was working toward the same goal: to create an unforgettable experience. I know I’m biased, but I genuinely believe our wedding was the best I’ve ever been to—and so many of our guests said the same. The Hamilton Manor doesn’t just host weddings—they care about them. Every detail, every interaction, every moment was full of intention and heart. If you’re considering this venue, don’t think twice. It’s not just a beautiful space—it’s a team of people who will treat your day like it matters to them as much as it does to you. We are forever grateful.

Our wedding was on December 30, 2022 and it was incredible! Everyone at the Hamilton Manor was professional, accommodating, kind, and had every detail down to a science. Our journey started with Shannon when we booked two years ago. Right from the beginning she was attentive and helpful. Throughout the planning process she always responded to my emails quickly and was specific with her responses. As we got closer to our date, we were able to coordinate so that we could drop off our decorations and details and it was so quick and easy. I was continuously surprised by how efficient everything was. We also decided to use vendors that were recommended by the Hamilton Manor. This made everything even easier as they all knew the venue and the team well. The day of the wedding we had the ceremony in the barn (absolutely stunning!) and the reception in the ballroom. We paid for additional add ons (waterfall wall, LOVE light up letters, ceremony lanterns) and they really made a difference. People took so many pictures by them and it really brought everything together. Our guests could not stop raving about the food! We have a big Italian family and the cocktail hour was the talk of the night. Some of us he guests thought that was the entire dinner because there was so much food! People also could not stop taking about the braised rib and mashed potatoes with the sit down dinner. We also did the boardwalk station for dessert with fried Oreos, churros , and funnel cake as well as the Italian dessert bar and people were gushing about how good it was. I cannot say enough about how good the food was. Honestly, the food tasting did not do the actual night justice! The team put together a cocktail hour sampling for us to eat before we went to the reception and everything was sooooo good! At the end of the night, the team packed up all of our stuff and had it on our shuttle without us needing to do a thing! Seriously, they have every detail down. This venue, without a doubt, was the best decision we made. It is STUNNING. The staff is beyond professional (I cannot say enough how great Shannon the wedding director and Olivia the bridal attendant were) and made sure we were taken care of the entire night. Even the owner went out of his way to talk to us and thank us at the end of the night. There are so many places for pictures and special moments. I would highly recommend the first look package as we had time to take all the pictures that we wanted (and there was additional food!). During our venue search, this location had it all. Really reasonable prices, incredible location, amazing additions, and the outstanding service really solidified our choice. I would HIGHLY recommend The Hamilton Manor!

Surprised at how bad it was handled

Context: My brother was getting married and I was in the groomsmen party. Here is my experience as to why this place isn’t worth it.

1).My other brother in the groomsmen party had his baby and wife come to the wedding. At one point they needed to feed their baby and decided to slip into “The library” room, which was empty, so they could get some quiet. It would’ve taken 15 minutes maximum. As they began one worker came into the room and badgered them to leave as they couldn’t be in there. My brother explained they just needed to feed their baby real quick, and the worker told them to make it quick. Soon after what appeared to be the manager of the staff came in and told them to leave. They once again explained they just needed to feed their baby, but the manager told them to leave rudely, and then explained if they needed somewhere to go they could go to the COAT CLOSET. Finally, he explained they could also ask the bride, which makes no sense since the bride doesn’t run the Hamilton Manor.

2.) The staff originally told my brother and bride we all had until 11pm. A quarter after 9pm they began taking glasses away on our tables and replacing them with MINI POLAND SPRING BOTTLES. At one point I stepped out for literally 5 minutes and they took my drink away. Not a huge deal since it was an open bar, but still it wasn’t anywhere near time to leave yet.

3.) The staff was extremely disorganized and could not plan a solid picture schedule for the life of them. They’d usher all the groomsmen and bridesmaids for a photo, take it, tell us we’d be good to go, only for us to all get called back less than 10 minutes later. Why was there not a set schedule/process of the pictures that needed to be taken to make it more efficient? Then the staff would get mad at us for leaving after we were told we were good to, only for us to be called back in for the 7th time.

4.) As far as Hamilton Manor staff explaining how groomsmen and bridesmaids line up before and after the ceremony, they told us right before each event happened which isn’t a huge deal, but once again the staff was rude and would have to explain things several times instead of gathering everyone together for one solid explanation for both. At one point my brother went to get his wife and child from their car to get them for pictures, and one lady yelled “HURRY UP” when he said he would be right there and just had to help his wife. Another example was when that same staff lady told my father to give her his car keys so she could drive his truck up to the front door to retrieve our rented suits. As far as I’m concerned you don’t demand someone’s car keys, especially when you’re not valet, and if you were, you never told us. One final example was how randomly out of nowhere we were told to leave the groomsmen suite, and that we had to collect every item since they were locking the room for good (at 4pm ish). Since this was never told this would be happening some groomsmen were outside and had to rush back and forth to grab their items. There were other examples but for the sake of how long this review already is I’ll stop.

Conclusion: Most of the staff was rude to the guests for the most part and made it seem like they forgot we were the bride and grooms’ family (especially the head manager). I don’t know who to blame for the shoddy picture schedule, but it could’ve been handled much more efficiently with less stress. Cleaning up way before it was time for us to leave was rude, and ushering my brother and his child out of an empty room which was unused, and being told to use the COAT CLOSET or to ASK THE BRIDE was ridiculous.

Overall I don’t think the price tag on this place is worth it, but I hope it doesn’t happen the way it did again. Obviously a couple of people on our wedding party could’ve been more punctual and also had fault, but for the lack of efficient planning and communication, the staff did not deserve to be as rude...

We got married at the Hamilton Manor on Sunday, May 28, 2011. While I was studying for grad school my wife worked with Andre and Erin to plan the wedding. They worked so well with all our vendors and made sure my wife felt comfortable with all the details. We knew what we wanted, but they came up with little ideas that helped add extra touches to our special day. The day was special to start, but when we arrived at the Hamilton Manor and we got to see the Grand Ballroom I knew we had made the right decision having it at the Hamilton Manor. Everything looked perfect. Nothing was out of place. All the colors my wife picked were in place. Even our vendors told us how great it was to work with the Hamilton Manor staff.

I enjoyed having our cocktail hour in the Cellar. It was something different. Everyone was really impressed about how much seating there was. People were able to walk around and get to the bar. We then made our way up to the Ballroom. I can’t thank Andre enough for being there for my wife. He really helped make the day special for her by working in an ice cream buffet for dessert. Andre always made sure she had something to drink and that her food was good. The staff was always present and very friendly. Our guest commented how helpful the staff was if they needed anything it was gotten right away. People also commented about the bar. The said normally at a wedding you get a little glass of wine or a mixed drink. People were pleasantly surprised to see a full glass of wine and a “large” mix drink. My wife was so happy with the dance space. The tables were placed just as she imagined giving our guest LOTS of room to dance. The stage was a great space for our 11 piece band. The Hamilton Manor was so fantastic they treated the band as if they were our guest and we were able to give them the same food the guest were eating. That meant a lot of us! After the wedding was over we went back down to the Cellar where we had our “after-party.” We partied until 2am. Andre kept the bar going and even at 2am he didn’t rush us out! The “after-party” was perfect with a midnight buffet. There was more than enough to eat!

My wife hosted my Master Graduation Party in the Revere Grill. We had a little mix up in the beginning with my wife and my communication which caused us both to arrive late. Our guest were already there. Issue was we had all the decorations with us. We parked the car and I turned around and the wait staff was right there to help us carry everything inside. They helped my wife set up the tables. Mike was behind the bar entertaining the guest until we had everyone sit down. Andre made sure everything was perfect and got my wife to calm down. When she saw the food coming out and how perfect everything was she was so happy. The guest are still talking about the food and how much of it there was.

Next we have my mother-in-law’s retirement party coming up. I know Andre will help my wife plan something really memorable for her. Cannot wait to see this event!

This is definitely a place if you want to have a great event to consider! They have some great packages, and will work with you to create your own if necessary. They are just really considerate to budgets and needs. Cannot say enough good things about Andre and his family. We are really lucky to have gotten to know them through each of our events. Andre, Erin and the staff at the Hamilton Manor...
