Burger King — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Whomever that middle-aged woman is with the long faded brown orangish hair is a complete nightmare. I had headphones on noise cancelation mode and had to back up because the woman was screaming... no literally...SCREAMING at all the customers!

Maybe if she focused on getting good quality UNBURNT food ready instead of arguing with me about why I need more than a single ketchup pack for 4 items.... perhaps her life would get exponentially better.

(I wasn't the only one she was yelling at. Poor old man before me, and also a Dad with a little toddler boy!) Shame...

Placed an order and waited almost a full HOUR for it to come out. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and I understand they were definitely understaffed for the amount of customers, but management seriously needs to come up with a better strategy here, even if it’s putting up a wait time clock so people can judge for themselves if they’re willing to wait this long for “fast” food. We had to wait 15 minutes for a single order. We ordered French toast sticks with hash browns and a coke. They didn't give us a coke right away. When we asked for it, the lady said ok, got distracted, and forgot to give it to us. Then they gave us ZESTY sauce for the French toast sticks instead of Maple syrup.
