Title: Disappointed with Greedy Manager at “Panda Express”. I recently had a negative encounter with the manager at Panda Express, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. Today, when I decided to avail of a reward/offer as a loyal customer, the manager outright refused to honor it. This encounter left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, significantly tarnishing my overall impression of the service at this establishment. As a customer who frequently visits Panda Express, I was excited to benefit from the reward or offer that was advertised. However, upon presenting it to the manager, I was met with a dismissive attitude and an outright refusal to accept the offer. This left me perplexed and disheartened, as I had always believed Panda Express to be customer-oriented and accommodating. What disappoints me the most in this situation is the manager's apparent greed. It is disheartening to encounter a manager who prioritizes their own gain over the satisfaction and loyalty of customers. Rather than acknowledging the promotion and acknowledging my patronage, the manager chose to dismiss my request without providing any reasonable explanation. This incident has undoubtedly left a bitter taste in my mouth, as it has undermined my trust and loyalty towards Panda Express. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, which I unfortunately did not experience during this visit. I sincerely hope that Panda Express takes immediate action to address such instances of disappointing customer service. It is crucial for any establishment, especially a popular chain like Panda Express, to ensure that its managers understand and uphold a customer-first approach, fostering a positive environment for all patrons. In conclusion, my encounter with the greedy manager at Panda Express has left me with a negative impression of their service. I sincerely hope that this incident serves as a reminder for the management to reassess their priorities and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and...
Read moreWould give -5 stars if I could the manager is a jerk I do frequent this service plaza as I work in the area and travel the turnpike often… I spent $40 for 2 plates and 2 medium drinks fair enough i get back to my table I did not have ice in either drink… its 80 degrees outside I would of preferred it… anyways I got and iced tea and my wife got a Diet Coke so I had to open the lids to figure which is which with my nose cause they were marked… no issues… noticed my cup maybe half full ahh no worries I’ll just get a refill right…. WRONG lol I walked up and simply said may I please have a refill and the manager standing right there says “no refills” so I say sir my cup was not even full and there was no ice but I’m not complaining may I have I refill? “No refills if you ask again I will throw you out” I say sir I just spent $40 on food for 2 people I can’t finish my meal with out a drink ( I have double sweetfire chicken) kinda spicy needless to say I didn’t want any issues so I threw the remainder of my food away and cup and left with my family…. Anyway food is sub par compared to the actual locations I visited that are not rest stops the chicken is hit or miss mostly not fresh more chewy but again since I’m writing the review I should just say everything I wanted to say. I vow to never visit this location again and I did call corporate and told them to look into it because I stayed calm most others won’t and it could turn out worse for others with the manager’s attitude I wish I would of read the name tag but definitely the manager as his shirt was identifiable and different from the given red panda shirt everyone else had… never again will I choose Panda at that rest stop I was a once a week at...
Read moreThis was my first time at Panda Express, and I was impressed by the ambiance. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the restaurant had a clean and comfortable setting, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The service was efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long for my food, even though it was somewhat busy.
I decided to try a few items from the menu, starting with the veggie spring rolls. They were crispy and light, a great appetizer to begin with. I also ordered the apple cinnamon roll, which had a nice balance of sweetness and spice, perfect for satisfying a dessert craving. For my main dish, I had the spicy chicken, which had a good level of heat and flavorful seasoning. Overall, the meal was enjoyable, and I was happy with the taste and quality of the food.
The entire meal cost around $10, which seemed like good value considering the portions and the variety I was able to try. Overall, I had a great first experience at Panda Express and would definitely consider...
