Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

So i was walking down main street, eyes to the ground, magnifying glass in hand, trying to find my white whale.. A queen ant for my terrarium. It was a hot sunday afternoon, i was hungry, my lips dry from thirst, the sun beating on my shoulders like a drum solo. As i walked i felt my stomach pang with dispair. I didn't know if i was going to make it. But then, just as i started to lose hope that a tasty meal would ever be within my trembling grasp, i looked up, and there it was, a doorway, with a sign in the window as bright as the sun itself, "Open" it said. It was Domino's. My salvation had finally come. I opened the door, the cool air inside rushing past me like an arctic wind. At once every employee in the restaurant yelled in unison "Welcome to Domino's!!!" as if welcoming God himself into their quiant little restaurant. I went to the register, ordered my xtra large pizza, wings and 2 liter tea. And sat down and waited for my feast. It took about 10 minutes, and boy was it a long 10 minutes, but there it was, hand delivered to my table, boxes hot to the touch, steam rolling out from every crevice of the cardboard, i opened my pizza, and what i saw utterly shocked me, there it was, a beautiful pizza with a monolith in the center, a mega dome, as if it was a replica of the Grand Mesa out west. (it was a bubble lol). As swiftly as it was giveth, it was taketh awayeth. And before i could say, "where are you taking my pizza" the employee handed me the same pizza back, and like magic. no Grand Mesa, cheese and toppings all in the right places, everything was in perfect accordance with the laws of nature once more. I thought to myself, "they dont just make pizza here, they make miricles too!" Fast forward about 20 minutes. I finished my meal, threw away my trash, and began walking out the door. I bid farewell to my new blue clad friends, and they waved goodbye to me, and said "have a great day, come again soon!". With a full belly and a mouth no longer dry as sand. I was able to continue on with my search. Thank you Domino's....

Placed an order online at 6:06pm and checked to tracker which said the quality check was done at 6:08pm… how?? Must have been the magic of tv?! I didn’t think much of it and recieced my pizza about 30 mins later. The driver Apryl deliver my pizza with no words and no smile. I was okay with that and considered she was having a bad day so I thought nothing of it and let her know that I hope she has a good evening. I proceeded into my home opened up my box and noticed that there were three fingerprints invented in my pizza. I am mediately called the store and spoke with Jackson. He let me know that I can either have a credit or they can send another pizza. I told him could he send another pizza because I was not going to eat a pizza that I felt was touched. They proceeded to send me another pizza which took about an hour and was delivered by the same driver Apryl Who said nothing to me at all and handed me my pizza. I decided to look at the pizza while I was in the doorway and I noticed that the driver was watching me look at it, when I opened up the box which is now the second pizza delivered I noticed that there was another indent in my pizza. I used to order from this Domino’s occasionally but I will no longer patronize this particular location for pizza. When I called Jackson to let him know that the second pizza delivered also had fingerprints in there he did not seem concerned and told me that he prepared my pizza and he was not concerned with anything else I had to say. I am very confused and quite disappointed in the product and the service so I will no longer be patronizing this particular dominoes as they are not taking food service, customer service seriously. My recommendation is that they better train their staff on how to treat their customers regarding concerns about the food we pay for and work on their delivery services....

I placed online order for pick up. I arrive at the location - first time ever being there and there is no parking. There was an abandoned car and a cement mixer on one side of building and a street with no parking on other. I saw delivery vehicles in back of building so I decided to park there. I walked around front by the cement mixer and construction materials. I was greeted as I walked in ...I grabbed a 2 liter from the cold box and the CSR asked if I wanted to add to my order - I said no it was included after giving my name for the 3rd time. my pizza and breadsticks were placed on counter and the CSR asked me to swipe card and I can give a tip on the screen. I sign and gather my items and walk out to the dark side of building to load stuff in car. As I am loading car I am almost hit by a leaving delivery driver with the sign on top. After entering car, I reverse to go out the opposite way and was almost hit by an arriving driver. After I get home, which was 9 minutes - the pizza was cold and they forgot my marinara for the breadsticks. I uploaded the picture from google to show the same abandoned car. No lights - No sidewalk on that side of building and I was there at 8 30 pm. First and Last order for me ....Brutal - would you like to...
