Ordered a cheesestake with mushrooms peppers and onion. They put pepperoni on it instead of peppers. I call and inform them of their mistake. I am told I will recieve credit and to please come back tomorrow. Today I arrived back and ordered the same thing. The owner tells me I need to return the food from the day before, or else i will have to pay half. The food went into the trash, as the taste of pepperoni was married with the meat and it both smelled and tasted like feet. Worker never said anything about bringing back the food the day prior. Complete rip off, due to the fact I paid for food that due to THEIR mistake was inedible to me, and yet could not have the mistake corrected. I also went back to my previous work location and dug it back out of the trash to show them. Don't waste your time, a complete disappointment. Not only that, but my relative ordered a slice of pizza and it arrived luke warm. Instead of paying half price, I went to this location around the corner and paid more then I would have. It was delicious and I suggest...
Read moreI ordered a pepperoni pizza. The order was read back to me as a pepperoni pizza. When the order arrived I received a plain pizza. When I called I was told that I had ordered a plain. I confirmed with the other person in my house who said I had ordered a pepperoni and it was confirmed as such. The “manager” told me that she would make me a new pizza and that I would have to return the mistake pizza and would have to pay a $2.00 up charge. I told her that is illegal to reuse food products that had been delivered and that since the order mistake was made by them I would not be paying for the correction. I am very uncomfortable with the idea of returning food that has been in my possession even if I didn’t eat any of it and do not trust that it will be thrown away. I have worked in food service and mistakes are always left with the customer and the losses counted at close of business. Whoever this “manager” is she needs to learn customer etiquette and not rudely blame the customer for a mistake that the...
Read moreI’m not someone who usually complains—but tonight I’m really disappointed. We order from Frankie’s Pizza often, but this time was truly frustrating.
I placed our order at 5:57PM and it didn’t arrive until almost 7:30PM—with no call or heads-up about any delay. And when it finally did show up, everything was cold. I called the restaurant, and the person who answered simply told me no one was available to help, that my feelings were valid, and that all they could offer was an apology.
Sometimes you order out to avoid stress after a long day—that was the goal tonight. But instead, I ended up reheating cold food and waiting even longer to eat.
No effort was made to make things right, and frankly, it’s disappointing to feel like a regular customer’s experience doesn’t matter. I spent over $50 on this order, and it feels like money down the drain.
If you are the owner or manager and you see this, I would appreciate it if you reached out. I’d like to talk further, because how this was handled just...
