I would have to agree with the one star reviews 100%! I know a lot of the girls who worked here for years and even jump started this place under the new ownership. These girls were the heart and soul of that place, was like a second home to most whom we have been going there for 20+ years. The food has extremely declined. I know they were having problems with consistent food ordering before, but this place has turned into a joke and the kitchen slacks off which is quit noticeable. And I hear the kitchen side is very dirty as you can tell from what the front looks like now. The new manager is an absolute joke. All she does is sits in the booth and clearly is only there for the money and could care less about anything else. Someone needs to show her a thing or to on how to run a restaurant. I remember the old servers who had to leave reviews when the place first opened by the owner. And it's clear by the 5 star reviews this is the current staff and kitchen side writing them obvious by what they have to say. Such a shame to watch a community staple get lost to another diner chain that is only worry is making a quick buck. Your old staff made your new ones look even worse than they are. The servers were such nice girls and I always enjoyed seeing Amy & Caitlyn's faces on a morning for breakfast. And your manager was amazing to her staff and it showed by how well they were all trained and performed on the floor. 10/10 will...
Read moreThis diner was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The place was filthy from the moment we walked in — sticky floors, dirty tables, and booths that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The menus were stained. and the smell inside was unbearable. Smelled like pee.
Service was just as bad. Our server acted like we were an inconvenience, ignored us for nearly 20 minutes, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and clearly not fresh. My eggs were undercooked and runny, the pancakes were rubbery, and the bacon tasted spoiled. My friend ordered a burger, which came out raw in the middle with a soggy bun. We both felt sick after just a few bites.
The bathrooms were even worse — no soap, no paper towels, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was honestly disgusting and unsanitary.
To top it all off, the staff was rude when we politely mentioned the issues, and we were still charged full price. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and should not even be open. I would never recommend...
Read moreMy husband went here for breakfast with his dad a couple weeks ago. He said it was one of the best breakfasts he's had at a restaurant. We stopped here for lunch today. We were greeted and seated right away by a friendly hostess. The server was very friendly and attentive. The place looked very clean. My husband got a Reuben which he loved especially that there wasn't an overabundance of Thousand Island dressing on it. I got the turkey panini which had roasted turkey slices not turkey lunch meat and the bread that was used was the correct type to make a panini. There's just one suggestion that I have for it and that is put some pesto sauce or some other sauce in it to give it a better taste. It was a bit bland. I had honey mustard for my fries which I put some of that in it to give it a more robust flavor. The fries are battered dipped!!! So so delicious!!! Never change that!!! We will be repeat customers. Btw, on Sundays, if you wear a sport shirt or sweatshirt, they take 10% off your bill. Very good sales...
