If I could give negative zero starts I would. Beware absolutely do not order from this restaurant ever I don't care how good the food is the service is disgustingly poor and lousy the manager is extremely rude. I ordered dinner for my nuclear family on a Friday night just before 7 p.m. they promised the food would be here in an hour and they even estimated 8:01. I use their own online ordering app because it was very convenient. Well 801 came around the corner and went I call them around 8:30 they were extremely rude and nasty they said order on the way order on the way. I called him at 9 the order was still not here they said order from another restaurant then mind you they had already collected my $25 yes. I told them I demand a refund they said no I don't care. They kept saying they're very busy they're very busy order another restaurant and they refused to give me my money I told them I would contact Hamilton Township police and they hung up on me. I called back again demanding a refund and threatening to involve law enforcement and all I heard was nothing but arguing and catanese or another similar Asian language and they said no order for me no refund and they hung up the phone again I have never had this miserable of an experience with this establishment before being that my family comes from the food industry and has owned restaurants and currently operates in the food business I'm disgusted and I advise everyone who is reading this review to just call another restaurant as...

But tonight was not a good experience AT ALL! I ordered my families food order, and was told 45 minutes to 1 hour. I called twice, first call I spoke with a man, I asked where my order was? He gave me the standard they are really busy excuse, he then said itโll be here any minute (thatโs was at the 1hr 15 minutes mark. Then I called AGAIN and spoke with Maria (I believe that was her name). As I was asking where my order was, I was given every excuse there was. I understand being a little late, but it was going on an 1 1/2 hours since I placed my order. Well the food FINALLY arrived, luke-warm, and the flavor was not as good as it usually is, when I asked the driver he just said they were very busy, because of the weekend. Blah blah blah...
If you are that busy, and canโt cover your service area as expected, get more drivers, or shrink your service area. This is not the first time Asian Bistro having issues. I hope that they are able to fix...

Second time we put in the instructions to please leave it at the front desk and make sure it was there before 12:30. When we went up to get our food the front desk said someone came in with Chinese food,and they asked who it was for and then the person left with the food. It was after 12:30. We called the restaurant and the woman at the restaurant started screaming at me that they tried to call us several times and the man was outside waiting. I patiently explained that we can't answer the phone at work and that my instructions were for them to just leave it at the front desk. She continued to scream at me and wouldn't even listen to me for at least 5 minutes saying that she's not happy with me because I'm holding up her driver and it's a busy lunch time etc. Worst customer service ever and I will never order from...
