Pat & Carla's II Italian Eatery — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

We were passing through the area and spent the night at a hotel less than a mile from this pizza place. We placed a delivery order for two pizzas. The person who took the call was quite clueless and did not even know where the hotel was. Only several blocks away. The employee DID take our room number and our cell phone number. Over an hour later we call and are told the driver came to the hotel but did not have our room number or phone number so they returned back to the restaurant with the pizzas. So then we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our pizzas. So over an hour and a half later our pizzas arrive. They apologized and stated the employee was brand new. Had the pizza been cold or not good this would have been a one star review. However, the pizza tasted fresh and was hot and was quite good. So we will give this a fair 3 star review as we were very satisfied with the pizza but the training of the employees needs dramatic improvement. This has been a family favorite for years! Pat & Carlas never seems to fail us! The pizza is honestly is one of the best in town! It's a New York style pizza, with great sizes and prices! The location is a bit strange and the parking lot could use some work, but other than that PAT & CARLAS IS A MUST! This one is located near our local Sunny Way Grocery, as there are two other Pat and Carla's in town and honestly I can't tell you if they are related or not! The service never fails and the pizza never fails to have you wanting more! Honestly this place makes me go nuts as I eat half of the large pizza because ITS THAT GOOD! The inside can use a little pick me up, but I don't expect high class luxury from a pizza place in a small town! It is clean, it just looks like it's stuck somewhere in the late 90s early 2000s. WOW I ordered foods for delivery and I called after an hour of waiting and I call. A girl answers and says we have you for carry out. I said no it was delivery. She got another woman on the phone to ask me the problem. I explained to her that I ordered delivery like the 50 times before that I ordered food. She was extremely rude and not letting me talk. She talked as slow as she could telling me our food was sitting there a while and she wasn't remaking it! I said it doesn't matter I want it delivered. She continues to be rude and tells me I didn't order delivery, I said actually I did because it told me on the receipt that it's delivery before completely checking out.
