the manager at this establishment was very rude to me on the phone , i was just simply trying to cancel my order because grubhub placed a order to the wrong location and i called and asked nicely if she could cancel it on her end and she then replied well then we loose 17$ on her end with an outrageous attitude , it genuinely wasn’t my fault . idk if she’s just having a bad day or what but i decided to call back and tell her that i’m sorry again but didn’t like her attitude towards me and she picked up the phone without saying anything she said “i already canceled your order” and now says it’s “26$ out her pocket” like i don’t understand but i really feel bad for the employees that work there that have to deal with her attitude on a daily basis . i hope she has a...

We were just at this location and the service was horrible. We were the only customers and walked up to the windows (which weere closed). No one greeted us, we knocked several then we slid a window open and yelled hello several times before the girl sitting on stool in the back finally acknowledged us. She looked miserable but took our order. We handed her a coupon, she went to a register then walked to the back came back a few minutes later saying their location doesn’t participate with that coupon.
