After our go-to place sold to new owners during covid, we had been struggling trying to find a Chinese spot that actually had good food....then we found Joyful Garden. The food is really good. The rice is cooked at the right consistency, not to hard and not too sticky. Constructive criticism-I think they should wear gloves, but then again, I don't know any Chinese takeout restaurant that wears gloves. It could look nicer in there if they did a small remodeling.
