Capt'N Pete's Dairy Dock, LLC — Restaurant in Hamilton

Been going to this place long before it was Capt. Petes and I don't think I have ever gotten anything I was dissatisfied enough with to complain or ask for a refund but we went through the drivethrough and ordered shakes and my boyfriend handed me mine as he was pulling around to leave and I knew some was up because the cup wasnt firm when I grabbed it. I take a drink and it's just liquid, not even frozen. We pull back around and before I can even get out of the truck the owner is asking in a less than friendly manner if there is a problem. I tell him that my milkshake is not frozen, its soup. He grabbs it and proceeds to tell me "its a little runny its not soup". I said it certainly was so rude that instead of getting another I said I would just take a refund which made him even madder. Then I see they are closed due to "refrigeration issues" a day or 2 later. I'm guessing that is not a coincidence. Why act like I'm being picky or difficult when you know you have an issue on your end? Do better sir. You should want to serve good product and not shame a customer when you know your equipment...

Very disappointing. My family used to go for ice cream every Sunday, well we did up until today. We decided to grab some food today instead. When they brought the drinks we had two, not three. My wife goes up and they get her a drink. Food comes out and we are missing a fry. I go up and ask and they acted as tho I didn’t know what we ordered. So I was not pleased. Told the lady charge me for the fry and bring it out. When the manager came out with our fry starts saying not to yell at his employee. Rude as hell. The whole situation could have been handled way better. The manager was probably all of 18 years old. Told us to take our business elsewhere if we didn’t like it, so I guess my 20 dollars a week will go elsewhere. I can over look slow service and the occasional mess up from high school kids working a job. I won’t tolerate a rude manager. That kids parent should...

We were just at Captain Pete’s…. They handed us two of our cones at the drive up and then we waited 35 minutes for the rest of our ice cream and our two cones were soup, we nicely asked for our two cones to be remade because our parents were waiting for them at home. He said “yeah give them to me” we handed them to him and he slammed them on the ground and got ice cream all over our car and slammed the window shut. We then drove around and went in, and he yelled ”oh they came in here and want to fight!!” with families and little kids in there. and said “call the cops because you want to fight!!” and he told us “there’s a hose in the back you can clean it off yourself” it was absolutely horrible. The worst part is he was an older gentleman working with a bunch of kids. We will never ever go there again....
