Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

So my husband likes to order pizza every once in a while so he picked Domino's for the second time to see if the pizza was different from the first time and as we knew it was different had all the toppings this time and we actually got our garlic butter so it was pretty good for pizza around here. The service I'd have to say the girl seemed like I was hindering her and I needed to get off the phone so I had to call back since I didn't actually finish my order or get a total so then I got attitude and a late pizza so if she's wondering why I don't tip her it's because customers are the reason you have a job so try acting...

I made a large order and expected better food. One pizza was so dry it tasted like stale crackers. Two of my pizzas barely had sauce on them, and one pizza had NONE! The garlic parmesan wings were fine as plain wings because sauce was just barely drizzled on them. When I tried to speak to the shift manager about the issue, she was rude and treated me as though I was making it all up to receive free food. I did not ask for a refund. I just asked that it be made right. I drove 20 miles to order and pick up food from this location and I will not be going back. This is the worst experience I've ever had...

This is the 3rd time this has happened. I usually let things go the first couple of times. Ordered for delivery and told them where and how to get where they needed to go. I live downstairs and have my own entrance. They went upstairs to deliver my order. My daughter called upset. I called the restaurant and of course the manager needs more training. I was upset and he kept saying not to be disrespectful. There is a difference between being upset and being disrespectful. I will not be using this restaurant again.
