Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hamilton

Spent almost $50 on food the chicken burrito I had the rice was hard they forgot the nacho bel granda and the cinnamon twist there was barely and beef on any of the tacos the crunch wrap or the burritos like literally you couldn't but barely see the meat, the 5 layer burrito was basically all beans and no meat it was so disappointing. When we went to get what they forgot out of our order Noone was up front to help because they were to buy talking and laughing in the back my husband whistled 3 times no one checked then he raised his voice and said hey can I get some help before any of the 3 helped out and they were dead so there was no reason not to pay attention there's no reason not to pay attention when your working in the first place the bathroom was dirty when my child tried to go pee something that shouldve been taken care of while not busy but I don't think we will go back to Hamilton taco bell after that experience. I tried to order my food on the app twice, each time when I finished, it would say start order. So I go to store at drive-through and tried to order the box I wanted. The man said we don't have that anymore. I told him I'd tried to order on the app. He said, I don't use the app. So I order 2 of the items in the box of 4 items($5.99), it was over $9. He asked if I wanted any sause, I told him mild. When I got to the window he was saying he couldn't help me that he didn't use any food apps. He was handing me my bag and I asked if the sauce as in the bag. Of course not, as usual with the Hamilton Taco Bell. The redhead at the window is no help...

The service from Taco Bell was horrible. I doordashed food and THREE drinks, my drinks they forgot. My dasher's name was Anthony, and he was nice enough to turn around and go get our drinks. However, we tried to call the store, and we called well over 20 times, with no response. I also work in fast food & I've been a waitress, so I understand how rough it can be, but this was ridiculous. When our dasher got to Taco Bell to get our drinks they FORGOT, he said he had to knock on the glass to even get anyone to bring him drinks. Like I said, I really do understand, but seriously? I don't know what happened to Taco Bell, but I really hope they get things...
