My sister and I went by your restaurant last night. I was shocked at how childish your employees acted. When came to drive thru, the girl said can you please hold a moment, so we did for several mins, nothing my sister said hello into speaker, the girl came on and took our order. As I drove up to the window there was another girl there and she walked off and hello real loud, I thought I had miss heard her, but then she did it again and the girl at window was laughing, I just wanted to get my food and go, then the guy that making the burgers started yelling out hello, hello, and the girl at the window was dying laughing could barely speak. So I told her if you think that's so funny you can cancel my order. She immediately went to where the other girl was standing and told her and the guy in the back then I kept waiting for her to return to window I wanted to speak to manager or GM. I honked my horn to get her attention both girls walk in the back to be out of view. I'm sorry but this was very childish, and rude. It needs to be dealt with. Read moreMy family and i stopped by on our way home from a ball game. It was 7p when we pulled in with 3 vehicles infront of us. When we finally got to the speaker to order we were told to wait a min ( bout 5min) on the screen was the DUO 2 Jr whooper or 2 ck sandwich or 1 of each, we ordered 1 of each and then what my husband and I got. We finally get to the window and they wouldn't take 100$ then was asked if we wanted our receipt , well yes we do. When getting the receipt my husband notices we were charged for 2 Jr and a ck sand instead of the DUO as advertised on their menu so we asked either to get the burger we were charged for or our money back...we were told that the DUO wasn't available until Thursday..but yet our receipt clearly shows DUO Jr whooper...all in all we ended up driving away. He is always at the drive through when I get my daughter's dinner. I come almost everyday ( no exaggeration) . But this guy is the definition of integrity. He never EVER gets order wrong, ALWAYS smiling and makes us feel like a valued customer. He's always so pleasant, courteous, professional and has that smile like he loves his job. Please pat him on the back and let him know us as customers enjoy the happy vibe he has at your establishment. These type of people are a true asset and will keep us coming back..
