McDonald's — Restaurant in Hamilton

I want to commend a young man working the window last night. 6/27 . I noticed he was very friendly and cheerful right off. I am hearing impaired, I think he saw my hearing aids , , and was speaking loud and clear to me. But the really impressive thing was when he handed me my ice cream, I accidentally tipped it and ice cream was running down the side of my car. This sweet young man got napkins and paper towels and was leaning way out the window to clean my car door! I thought he was about to fall out the window! I told him no, it was ok but he said, I'll get it ma'am. If you let it dry on there , it will be really hard to wash off. " That's going beyond the call of duty! You need more worker like him! I wanted to update this due to my recent trip to this "restaurant". I was charged for 4 sauces but only given 2 by one of the Mangers who is a stickler for the rules but whatever luke warm fries at the window and everytime me and my wife order any sandwich they slap either way to much sauce on it (imagine trying to eat a soupy burger) or bearly any sauce at all..no in between. The one thing we actually wanted to try which was the cookies and cream pie they only had 1 left after I asked to buy 2 but fine I was ok with that only to get home and almost break a tooth trying to bite into this super old dried out pie! I went there this morning with my daughter to get us breakfast. Walked in and it wasn't busy at all. There were a few cars in the drive thru. As I walked in, there was a manager behind the front desk, and as I approached, she walked off to the side where there were two other employees seated and a gentleman who I assumed was corporate. I waited at the front for nearly five minutes holding my one year old and not one person even acknowledged that I was there. As I go to leave out the door, the gentleman who had been setting there talking to all of the employees had asked me if anyone helped me..?! I just left and went somewhere else.
