This McDonald's is absolutely horrible. Unfortunately since this is the only fast food close to where we live so at least one night a week we go to this McDonald's hoping that this will be the time that they get it right. Our order is wrong at least 9/10 visits, when we ask for it to be corrected most times they'll get it right, but not every time. Our orders aren't even special or difficult orders, for instance more often than not the double quarter pounder we order is a single. When it's brought to their attention they fix it (again MOST of the time when they re-make the order it's correct). The female manager is always very apologetic and friendly, however the other two managers I've had interactions with (male) have not been near as apologetic or friendly. The issues are always blamed on all the "kids" that work there, however the issues still remain. We have been going to to this McDonald's since we moved in August and there has been no improvement. In addition to this most McDonald's are primarily staffed by younger people and I have not encountered these types of repeated issues at other McDonald's, or any other fast food restaurants for that matter. I am in the customer service industry, and am actually in management so I understand the customer service industry, and for that reason I am typically not a "complainer" and trend to give places and people in customer service positions the benefit of the doubt (more often than I should I have been told), but I cannot let this location slide. We have been eating here less and less and unless these issues are corrected we will withdraw our patronage altogether. I know this is not an isolated issue, because on MANY occasions I have witnessed other customers bringing orders back to the counter due to mistakes, missing items etc, I've even struck up conversations with other disgruntled customers while waiting for our food. These fellow disgruntled customers have also expressed their frustrations to me and the issues are the same, not the first time it's happened etc. I hope upper or Senior Management reads this and can make some positive changes. I shouldn't have to look at my order each time thinking to myself "what's...
Read moreI go to the drive-thru and place my order, before pulling off I say thank you because I do work in the customer service field so I try to talk to people the way that I would like to be talked to while I'm at work. I got a snub back, and then when I've pulled up to the window it was a manager! When she handed me my food I said thank you once again just to see if maybe she didn't hear me because that's just the type of person I am, and she really has the audacity to snub me again! I am baffled by the way I was just treated by a manager at the drive-thru! If she doesn't like her job that much she should find a different one, but there is absolutely no reason for her to be negative or rude at 6:00 a.m.! A simple have a good day, you're welcome, thank you would have been just fine, but I forgot that customer service does not matter anymore! The only thing that matters is how quick you can get someone out of the drive-thru window! It's sad honestly! Instead of having common decency all of you fast food restaurants want to beat the little clock to get the people out of the drive-thru window and it's ridiculous! And the funny thing is some of you all really want tips when you can't even do your job! Bring back customer service and then we'll...
Read moreThis McDonald's should feel privileged that they got one star for me, this is the most poorly run fast food restaurant I have ever experienced, I am not exaggerating when I say this but every single time I come through there they get something wrong, and ONLY reason I go there is because it's the most convenient when I'm in a rush for my children I refuse to eat McDonald's food I will go hungry before I eat their food, I actually want to vomit thinking about eating there, the only thing I get for myself is something to drink and I stopped doing that because they couldn't even get that right I literally went through four times to get a sweet tea and they kept giving me an unsweet tea so finally I just ordered a Coke because you would think they couldn't get that wrong, well guess again my husband is a diabetic and needs to drink diet and they have give me regular Coke numerous times! It is so sad that I get a Happy Meal for my son and they put a girl toy in there and he says it's okay Mom I don't need a toy all because they don't have toys for boys! My four-year-old could run that place...
