I'm being nice giving 2 stars.

My regular shop was closed today, raced 25 minutes away to make it 15 minutes before Savannah's closed. When I walked in I waited a few minutes while I heard someone cleaning up, she said I'll be right with you which I replied no problem. When she came out she asked what I wanted, told her my first tea order, she went to the register, rang it up & told me total. I told her I was ordering another one & she sighed & asked what else I wanted. I told her the two flavors I wanted because they didn't have one with those, it was TWO flavors & she made a weird face & said "oOoOok". She told me my new total, I paid, & she asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes, & she asked for my phone number. I assumed it was for the rewards program & I told her I didn't have one with them, this was my first time there. Her reply, with attitude, was "I need your phone number if you want a receipt". At that point I was tired of being talked to like that. Gave her my number & attempted to say as little as I could to her while she made my teas. My first tea had a good taste at first but the after taste was awful. Chalky & had a weird plant/swamp pill taste, assuming the Herbalife or whatever base they use. 2nd tea tasted like medicine syrup. Not only do they have a poor attitude they are serving poor...

Soooo the tea place I originally go too (vital) in Hamilton al was sadly closed today so I went by Savana’s…. I called earlier today to see if they were open and asked if they carried herbal life products she said umm yes (in a very RUDE tone) I still proceeded to go there and try it out even though I’ve heard SEVERAL people say they were rude…well today I seen for myself because you can’t really go off “what people say” and I seen a friend inside whom was not feeling well so I was telling him I hope he felt better soon and she says to the guy as she’s cocking her head “ANYWAYSSS, back to the other conversation” let’s not forget she was taking her sweet time and pausing as she was talking and I was on a time frame already…..I just stood there for about a minute or two registering this rude attitude this lady i had never seen before had towards me…this is not professional by no means…just a little tip, if you own a business & you want loyal customers… be sweet!(I’m a business owner myself) it cost nothing to be nice to people..I do NOT recommend this place at all. Very very RUDE staff/owners! I will never spend my money there. Thanks for reading guys...

Ordered the Aquarius tea bomb. I must say it is absolutely delicious! It doesn't have the bitter taste like most teas.the taste is amazingly smooth. Also the best part. The owner is so sweet and helpful when trying to decide what I want to drink. Very friendly. When you walk in it definitely gives you that feeling of southern hospitality. Will most definitely go back. Also if that isnt good enough to convince others to give it a try. The parking is so...
