A new restaurant that still has kinks to work out but is getting better. Ice cream portions are slim for what you pay for (when they say 2 scoops they mean 2 small scoops that barely fill the dish they serve it to you in) and they charge for common extras or substitutions of toppings. For example, my daughter ordered a turkey sub and only wanted pickles on it, leaving off the LTMO it comes with, we were charged for the pickles. In a previous visit, we ordered the chips & salsa to start (there are 4 of us), and they brought out an average, sharable size, basket of chips, and the smallest ramekin of salsa I've ever seen. The size was suitable for a salad dressing or condiment. Knowing that would definitely not be enough to satisfy all 4 of us, we asked for more salsa. We were charged for this. Super convenient location, love the variety of ice cream flavors. My boyfriend and I usually stop here 1-2x a month before watching the sunset by one of the ponds. Ice cream is wonderful, it makes up for the unpleasant red haired ice cream scooper at the window. Unfortunately, she is the most unfriendly service worker I have ever met- very rude, short, and blunt. You know it’s bad when my bf and I squabble about who goes to the window bc we see that it is her who is working through the window. This place was a pleasant surprise for us as we tried out their breakfast tacos and also the nachos, both were very good. The service was fast and friendly, prices are in line with the good quality food they are putting out and the menu has a nice variety. We will definitely be back because the fajitas look absolutely amazing and my one friend said the Chicken Franchese was super good. It is not ice cream season yet but if it was I would not waste my review complaining about a 25 cent charge for and extra cone maybe consider making your own cone and see...
