Subway — Restaurant in Hampden

I went in to get a sandwich for my client and wasn’t completely sure what type of sandwich they wanted I only knew what they didn’t want on it. As I was explaining the type of sandwich I needed to a employee this older woman with short brown hair says in a very nasty tone “just get what’s listed on the menu” I then looked back at the other employee and she gave me this look like oh my word I’m sorry. The woman that made my sandwich was very nice I said I was sorry I wasn’t completely sure what sandwich they wanted. She let me know it was ok. But this wasn’t the first encounter I’ve had with this older woman. I went there awhile back to get a sandwich for myself and as I was waiting for her to tell me the total she was to busy talking to another employee and snapped at me saying “you can insert your card” I then asked what the total was and she snapped back what it was and went on talking to the employee. You work in customer service you would think you would be more professional and not so nasty to people...

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an online order for a sub and included a request for a patty in the instructions. My husband went to pick it up, and instead of being informed about the correct process, he was cornered and berated at by an employee (older woman to be specific) who rudely said the patty had to be selected on the website. I genuinely didn’t know that and would’ve appreciated a polite explanation rather than being treated so disrespectfully. On top of that, the sandwich was poorly made. I went in and was the only customer. A young man took my order and before finished cutting the roll a half dozen kids came in! He proceeded to talk to them and forgot I was there. Then he handed my roll to a young girl and she finished my sandwich.When she asked one of them what they’d like, the young man said”just go out back I can get all of these guys!” I hope he was the owners son by the look of that 1st sandwich! And I hope after he filled up his friends with all the ingredients, he didn’t expect the young girl to refill!! It was very disrespectful of him and he treated her poorly!! I hope the owners see this…...
