I needed to post a review, the young people working in this store were attentive, polite and courteous. They seemed to have the acts together, not as other places I have been, where folks (even some gorwn adults) were standing around arguing, gossiping or throwing things at each other while one person does all the work, when I ordered, the food was out in about as long as it took me to fill my soda cup. The young person that called my name to give me my order asked if need any sauce, when I politely declined, they flashed a quick smile and quizzed look and said "Are you sure??" I again said no thank you and they handed my bag and thanked me for coming in.
I am an OTR driver I have been from coast to coast, and honestly this was some of the best and quickest service I have ever received. All of these young folks should be commended for having there acts together and being as I stated, attentive, polite and courteous. Thank you to all of them working for, restoring some faith in me, and for making it quick and easy for me to get out eat and catch a few hours of sleep. ALL OF YOU SHOULD...
Read moreYikes... This sucks.. I came in after fueling to grab a burger and placed my order. I was told "sorry we don't have bacon" but I didn't care and said it was ok. Get down the road to my next pickup and sit down to enjoy my dinner and found out they didn't even put burger patties on the burger either. I'm a truck driver. Can't just turn back around. Disappointing

Read moreReally positive energy... however the food delivered was tossed together as if it was a rush. They had less than 3 customers while I sat there for 30 minutes, including the drive thru. Absolutely the worst Arby's I've ever had. 🤢🤮 Told the cashier I wanted a #3 & #6 , was asked if it was breakfast or lunch..at 7am? Then she asked what I ordered having no clue what a #3 was! Also she was clever enough to ask if I wanted a combo! Finally she had to go through this same process for my #6. I wouldn't care if I didn't read the fine print on her name tag, declaring she was some type of management. No wonder there is such positive energy these employees are getting paid to do so little.
