McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampshire Township

Negative, 0, ZERO, MINUS ZERO STARS. I have visited this McDonald's location many, many, times. I will no longer order any food items from this location due to too many errors, by rude, slow employees who look right at waiting customers and refuse to acknowledge and cashier waiting customers. I waited a half hour + indoors for a large black coffee ordered at the kiosk with my app code one week ago. I waited a very long while this past week indoors/dining/lobby area until the fourth indoor customer walked in and obtained their direct attention and service. He, a stranger to me, allowed me to place my one large black coffee order since I had been standing waiting the longest of four patrons. I placed my order and the gentleman added his order of a coffee and breakfast sandwich to my order and he paid the cashier. I was a bit surprised and " caught off guard" by the unknown gentleman's kindly gesture. I was truly appreciative! I hope he reads these reviews as I always do! I do my best not to leave negative comments but this McDonald's is SHAMEFUL! To any or all who read these reviews...

I had high hopes for this McDonalds. From the outside it appeared very promising, however it was the worst McDonalds experience in this history of the organization. I really want to give this review a 0 but I can’t, so it will have to be a one. When we arrived we placed our order around 1 pm in a relatively empty McDonald’s. It took around 15 minutes to get any of the food ordered from our group. Lots of yelling heard from the kitchen, seemed like a horrible place to be working so gave them a break for the slow service. BUT THEN every single item that my group of 5 ordered was incorrect. Two double cheese burgers had only one patty and two slices of cheese??? Who does that. But to top it off we received a Big Mac that had all of the contents of the sandwich on the bottom bun, then the middle bun was on the top and the top bun was on the top of that with nothing between the middle and top. It was so so so wrong I have no idea how they made so many mistakes. A 12 year old who has a history of eating at McDonalds twice a year could have...

As I'm standing at the sink in the bathroom I hear the toilet flush...thinking I will be saying hi to whoever comes out of the stall and washes their hands...but then...I just hear the door open. Who was this human that did not wash their hands after going #2...why it was the janitor. I opened the door by lifting my leg and pulling in on the handle, then I see said janitor opening all the doors, wiping tables, moving chairs. Touching pretty much everything customers touch. I told the manager and they didn't address the issue right then and there. They may have later, but the damage was done. The food was actually pretty good which is why I did 2 stars instead of 1. It was the saving grace of this otherwise...
