Wendy's — Restaurant in Hampshire Township

I pulled up to the restaurant the signature on the building was perfect immediately upon entering two smiling faces greeted me the first was a gentleman named Mr.Falon second person was Mrs. Emma the restaurant was very clean in fact everyone has smiling faces and look to be working hard I asked to speak to the general manager who came up front I explained to him I'll please I was with my experience I wasn't purchasing anything just wanted to use the restroom but I was impressed with all everyone was polite and I was able to walk right up to the counter had I wanted to work something I explained to him everything and told him I would definitely be recommending this restaurant and giving it the highest review possible the whole crew heard me and was thankful wonderful restaurant if you're in the area and decide to stop again for delicious food at Wendy's great job to...

Don't even get me started with this place... Since this particular Wendy's was so bad I had to write a review so let me get started. I walk in there ready to get a nice meal from all the hard work I have done today helping out a friends mom. When I finally get my meal after waiting a day and half I go to sink my teeth into the famous "daves hot n juicy burger" and find a nice brown hair approximately 12" long cooked through my cheddar cheese . I was now thinking I got a "daves hot n hairy burger".. besides from the disgusting hair found in my food the trash cans were looking like Mt Everest with tons of garbage spilled everywhere, tables were all dirty covered with ketchup stains, no soap, no paper towels in the bathroom. To say the least.. I will not be back.. this place doesn't even deserve...

Have came to this Wendys many times in the past.. never disappoints until today. Came in with my family and the girl who took our order was very rude. When we asked her to put the bags separate and label to figure out who’s is who’s she was very rude to us, then finally we opened one of our bags and FORGOT OUR BACON. No one is even through the drive thru nor inside shouldn’t be that hard to make an order. Also they forgot one of our drinks til we corrected them, and she threw another cup and lid and straw at on the table. Sorry, but what was the point of putting the lids and straw in another cup to just be on the dirty counter, and she didn’t have gloves on.
