Anna Seafood — Restaurant in Hampton

Horrible customer service!!! They do not know how to be professional, nor do they value their customers. I ordered fried scallops and oysters and the oysters were good but the scallops severely overcooked and tough like rubber! I told the lady and she told me if I don’t like it I don’t have to come back because they have the best seafood and continued to laugh! The gentleman in the back said they cook the same EVERYTIME, I explained I’m a repeat customer and the scallops are not tough like the ones they served me today. The lady continued to argue with me because “how is she supposed to trust the customers complaints” mam because I literally brought you the food and she refused to look at it! Continued to tell me not to come back since I told her she had poor customer service! These type of people don’t deserve to be in business if that’s how they treat their “repeat customers” who have kept their business thriving for all these years!...

Our family has come here for years & could've chosen to go to other seafood places in Hampton but today was the 'last' time coming because it's not the same, particularly in customer service. The older lady is rude & may one day get more than she expects if she doesn't stop. If it were not for striving to be Christlike I would have offended her as much as she's offended others, but I know the best thing to do is take my money elsewhere from now on such as to Martin's Seafood on Kecoughtan, Seafood Kitchen in Old Hpt or to Henry's on Joynes Rd for fresh fish to cook it myself. I can accept occasionally not being completely satisfied with my order but I'll NEVER accept rudeness. The older man in the back seems nice & the younger man but the old lady up front is causing customers to not return. If I wasn't born again she'd have been in tears before I left the establishment, but not another penny of my money will be...

This is Crazy! I just deleted my positive review of this place because my daughter and I were on our way back home from Norfolk Airport. I asked my daughter to Order 1/2 Pound of Scallops and One Order of Calamari…the lady kept asking what we wanted and 3 times my daughter gave her the same request. Finally the lady says ok got it! When we get there, she charged my credit card almost $34.00 for 2 Large Seafood Platters and some other items. I said it was not what my daughter ordered. She argued that we changed our minds and ordered the wrong food. I told her I heard exactly what was ordered… because I was driving and couldn’t use my phone. Again she argued that we got exactly what my daughter told her. Wrong Again I said. I asked for my money back and was fussed at by her accusing us of not knowing what we ordered… Very Rude...
