Big Eatz — Restaurant in Hampton

I was excited about trying this place for the first time, however both orders I placed ended up in the Exxon Mobil Gas trashcan because it was that horrible. I ordered the 2 pc whiting special w/ macaroni and yams... 2 wings special w/ macaroni and yellow rice.. Everything came straight from a the freezer and a can and it taste horrible...lol The macaroni was dried out and hard, I was appalled that they would even serve a customer this stuff and the way it looked was so displeasing. The yellow rice was hard and crunchy, totally unacceptable. The fish was definitely not fresh, frozen all the way...and the yams was from a can with runny syrup. I only enjoyed the lemonade...nevertheless now I know what kind of food they serve and I definitely want be back...neither will my neighbors. They had a bad experience as well but didn't write a review...Big Eatz is definitely a NO GO!!!! FYI: The other reviews must be from a different location because what we experienced today was a Total Disappointment so I'm not sure if these reviews are from people the...

I have always wanted to try this restaurant but it's been closed when I swing by. Today (7/10/2023), I finally got the chance to try it and I was not disappointed! The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful! They were willing to go into more detail about items on the menu list deals and specialties. But let's talk about this food!!!! I ordered a veggie plate (green beans, baked beans, and yams. My daughter the wing combos (honey hot). My meal came with a drink and cornbread muffin, and my daughter's meal came with fries and a drink. The food was well seasoned, great proportions, and very appealing to the eye. My daughter enjoyed her wings as there were only bones left. My only complaint (not really) is that they had just run out of Mac n cheese, but that only gives me a reason...

Amazing food. Great price for winggs meal best price in town. The greens have meat in them real southern greens.. one bite of the Mac and cheese and I could tell someone put real love in the recipe very savory. Only thing we need to do as a community is promote this place on social media. Can’t wait to try more menu iteams. Specially the yams … great custom service and clean place. I hope to see this place expand . They make sure all customers are satisfied to the T ! Keep up the great work y’all. Wish y’all had bigger wings tho can’t complain great tasting food special...
