I understand this is a new location ,and the workers are freshly trained but common sense and basic customer service should still be expected . I came in and got full chicken but wanted to add a portion of steak to make it double . BUT there was only a half portion of steak in the bin so i asked for the rest and the other half portion to be chicken. the employee proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do that . after trying to explain to her over and over again i realized again this is new location and the employees aren’t pros yet. BUT since when can you not ??? its easy, ring me up for half steak half chicken, with extra chicken IF NOT ring me up for a half steak half chicken bowl with a side protein of chicken??? shoot charge me full chicken full steak even though its not that, i was WILLING to pay just give me what in asking for . she could’ve made it work but didn’t feel like it and gave me attitude. i shouldn’t have to explain the job to the employee, ive done this multiple times elsewhere . Instead of going back and forth i asked how much longer would new steak would be ready again . she looks at me like im SLOW and says for the SECOND time“ he is cutting chicken right now “ with an attitude . I was looking for a estimate number of MINUTES and not asking her to state the obvious since i willing to wait. I should’ve walked out but i let her finish my bowl and went to the penisula town center location to get my side of steak. Read moreIt’s cinco dem mayo and it’s 12 NOON and no rice at all. The manager keshonda failed her team. She should’ve noticed earlier and began to boil pots of rice. Any at any cost ! OMG one word dysfunctional!!! I am a supervisor for literally the exact same business model. They ran out of rice and DIDNT take it off of their online menu. Leading to a lot of customers leaving angry demanding refunds and such. I wanted so bad to start barking orders and get people in their places. The cashier needs to be switched. She’s too confused, not friendly and frankly not fast enough. The line has no organization instead of standing by bored the cold side employee should’ve been filling up the very empty options on her side. There was a single Togo girl also working the window. PITIFUL. You cannot distinguish who is who? Who is management? Having personal conversations on the line and making smart remarks. ? Let me tell you baby everyone would clock out for me. Come back in 30 once you’ve calmed down or go home. We would run my shift BARE before we ran it BAD. Quality not quantity pooh. No manager ever stepped in to sort it out. Read moreWent to the restaurant 11:47 a.m. Store door says they open at 10:45 daily. I pulled on the door to enter, but the door was locked so I checked the time just to make sure. Although I could see employees in the dining area and in behind the counter no one opened the door for me. I went back to my car and before I could pull off a white couple pulled in and went to the door. When the guy pulled the door it was locked, but an employee quickly unlocked the door for the couple. I went in behind the couple and asked the staff why just a couple seconds prior didn't anyone open the door for me. One employee who was cleaning the dining area the entire time said she didn't see me. Well I can assure you I'm not invisible and hold no super powers to change myself from visible to invisible and if I could see all of them from the gigantic window I'm certain they saw me.
