Just terrible every time, I need to stop going back. I think today was the last straw, I ordered a ham/egg/cheese croissantwich and a sausage/egg/cheese croissantwich. Easy order, right? I came home with two sausage/egg/cheese croissantwiches. And this was all after dealing with the awkward, clunky process that is the drive through; every time you pause after speaking they just tell you the total as if you’re not going to order anything else. Sometimes they don’t tell you which window to go to (it changes) or your total. And then they hand you some food without saying anything. Like gee, I hope I have all my food, but who knows, they already closed the window and walked away! I hate when people sit at the window and go through their bag to make sure everything is there but I’m realizing why there is such a need for it, this BK gives me the wrong food almost every time. With all that being said i would like to say that this Burger King’s morning crew is absolutely amazing 5 star worthy but this same Burger King’s night shift has some very rude employees for that shift. The night manage at 3405 W Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23666 is a tall lite skinned man who apparently likes to flirt with the women on his crew more than actually managing his crew and shift. I know you get what you pay for, but the service was the worst I've had at any fast food restaurant. The cashier by the name of Jessica seemed confused, nervous, and out of touch with several of the customers that came through the line. We were all perplexed at her service because she had an attitude, was listening, and had to be told several times about certain things. I got part of my order wrong, had to tell her a few times what my order was, and when I received it it was cold. After such a long wait and bad visit all together it wasn't worth the trouble to get in lime and deal with her again.
