CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! This store had a very bad habit of tacking on a $1 charge for whatever charity theyre currently supporting and not notifying the customer. I went in tonight and got a 3 pack. At the speaker the employee stated my order would be $4.10 at the window the employee stated the order would in fact be $5.10 I thought it was a bit pricy for 3 donuts but hey whatever I figured I'd check the receipt for any discrepancies when I got it back with my card. She handed me my card without the receipt and I asked for the receipt she says huh handed me the donuts and tried to close the window I stayed put and then asked for my receipt again. She had a nervous look on her face. She handed me my receipt I scanned it quickly and noticed the charge. I went into the store and had a nice conversation with another employee not sure if they had any power to implement change or not and simply informed them that its very deceiving and illegal to tack on charges for charities on to customers without asking them if they want to donate a $1 first. Some may read this and think dude its just a dollar but just think about the 100s of customers they possibly do this to daily and the 100s of dollars theyre raising for a Charity that may not be in line with my personal values. Came inside today to customize my dozen with the new reese's donuts.. walk up to the display case and see a flying bug looked like a mosquito just flying around landing on donuts and flying against the window.. I try to notify the cashier but she acts like she cant see it.. I ask another employee to come take a look she was very kind and saw what I saw.. she immediately went and got the manager on duty. The woman came out with a kitchen apron on as if she had been cooking but no gloves or hair net. I tell her theres a bug in there and she says "well we dont grab from the display case anyway we grab from the open rack over there" and points to the right.. I look over and every single donut is on racks just open for anything to get to it. I ask if that's sanitary she said that's how theyve always done it.. so basically your donuts are just sitting in the open all day until either something flies or falls on it or you buy it or both?🤢 I'm sure this cant be true please tell me Krispy that you're not leaving ready to eat food uncovered all day. When I ask if she was gonna throw away all the donuts from the display since theres clearly a bug in there she said we just wont pick from these ones... smh... my whole taste...

Once my order arrived, I checked the box and realized the $18.19 I paid for an assorted dozen ended up being a $10.10 original glazed. Clearly this is an example of lazy and incompetent employees who do not care about customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous and there is obviously no management here to ensure quality control. To allow your company to cheat a customer out of their money simply because the customer trusted that your business would do the right thing (integrity) is absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing. I will never order from you again and I hope your other customers will hold you accountable as well. Training, new management and quality control is what’s needed at this store and I hope the owner realize this and makes the appropriate changes.
