I’ve went to this location before and never had any issues however today, I placed an online order for a 20 piece and had to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of the orginial time it was supposed to be ready. (No biggy at the time I’m thinking I’m getting fresh food!) first mistake they came out and gave me somebody else’s online order then I had to call them back and give them the wrong food back and I had to wait longer for the chicken. They finally brought it out the guy who brought it out was nice and very apologetic. However I get home and I’m about to give the food to my kids and the chicken is EXTRA crispy and DRY as hell. I called to just ask if it can be remade and explain it was just super dry and crispy and to say I waited, I had to wait on the manager and her name is Melody, she gets on the phone and is SUPER RUDE and didn’t even try to hear me out when I tried to explain the situation just told me to bring it back if I didn’t want it and hung up as I was asking if they can just remake it fresh and right. So I called back and I let it be known it was rude for her to do that and she said she has other customers to worry about and I stated idk why you are giving me the attitude you didn’t spend your money and receive horrible customer service and she said nah that’s because I eat at home! I don’t spend my money in fast foods! And hung up again. I didn’t even feel comfortable bringing my food back to be replaced if they talk to you like that after they are in the wrong it’s no need! I’ll take the loss on this food and money. But that customer service is unacceptable coming from a manager. How can you lead treating people like that. Read moreService was extremely slow. The trainee struggled with my and my colleagues order. We arrived there close to noon. They were running out of food. That should have been my clue to leave. Being optimistic it would get better. Limited options for pieces of chicken. One person was ahead me. It had taken over twenty minutes from the time I/we walked in for me to receive my order. Then, I had to wait for my colleague. The cashiers would not accept Hardees issued coupons not expired. I was l/we werelate getting back to our meeting. However, I must say two of the women at the registers attempted to be polite. Two cashiers on duty to one at the height of lunchtime. Why? Serious issues there. There were enough bodies. I must add, the trainee and her co-worker were sort of polite. It defies logic Not to have enough or food in abundance to serve the lunch hour crowd. That time should have been prime-time to be profitable. The trainee thought I was supposed to pay extra fees for items that came with the premium sandwich/burger. Inexcusable. The manager on duty and one of her co-workers corrected her. I enjoy Hardees' burgers and fries. I chose Hardees for us to purchase lunch then race back to our meeting. Bad mistake especially when we had other options. This reminded me of a bad rerun of a slapstick comedy. Then, reality kicks in. This is really happening. Read moreGood morning let me tell you about Hardee's on Aberdeen they are the best I love coming in there in the morning everybody is so friendly . I love their customer service. They have a new GM in there now I don't remember her name but I know her and she is wonderful she's always smiling and always said good morning Mrs Burton and it really makes me feel good when they know you by your name . I guess that means I come in there regular since they know me by my name but I love coming in there. And then we have the district manager Ms. Linda she's always so nice to me .well she's nice to everybody she always makes you feel welcome and I love that she always asks me how my dad is doing. And then we have the shift managers that's always nice and friendly. I would give the store 10 thumbs up. And I can't forget about the back of the house the kitchen great. The young man that takes care of the chicken 10 Stars when I tell you that chicken is so good that chicken is good sometimes I try to wait and come in now just a little bit late so I can get some chicken cuz it's good y'all's chicken is better than the other chicken places.
