McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampton

Went the the McDonalds on Aberdeen this morning....something about the morning shift. I go to this McDonalds because it's on my way to work but I might have to just go to Hardees or Wendy's up the street because I can't even take the ghetto managers at the Giaimo restaurants. First problem is rudeness when there is an issue. If there is an issue, there is an issue. If you are in management you should be setting an example for the people that work under you as to what good customer service is even with difficult customers JUST BE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. If you don't want to be there and deal then find another profession. Good grief, people go to restaurants to enjoy a meal and we eat with our senses. If the food looks and tastes good and you have polite, courteous people serving you that's a win, win every time. After the rude manager told me they couldn't do something they have been doing for weeks I didn't even want the food but I was already running late for work....maybe my little $5 or $10 doesn't make a difference to you but in the grand scheme of things if all of your customers decided to patronize another restaurant just once a week imagine how much money you will lose. Honesty and integrity with prices, procedures and Customer Service is...

I went to McDonald's on Aberdeen Road? My grandson and I go to every morning for breakfast. I have never seen such terrible service in my life. I can understand every now and then but this is just about every time we go. Some mornings no sweet tea or we are out of tea. You order your food you get to the window and they can not find you order. You have to order all over again. Then they say pull over will will bring your order. After sitting there for 15 to 20 minutes they bring you some one else order. Today, we went to McDonald's on Aberdeen Road. The line was so long. I got out to go inside to order the doors were locked. No notice on the door that said they were closed. We waited in the long line from 10:10 until 10:45. Pulled up to the window and the gentleman said we are waiting on your hash browns. When I looked through the window as I was waiting for my food. They were emptying trash, sweeping and mopping the floor. I believe in Blessing people's where ever I go. Even with such bad service I still Bless them every morning that I drive through. Is there anyway possible that you can have the staff...

I went into this McDonald’s why I was taking a break from painting a house with my mom, and a male she works with, when we went in the store 2 of the workers were screaming at each other that “they weren’t the one” I placed me and my friends order on the kiosk but since we were using cash we had to wait at the register, we sat there for about 30 minutes the coworkers are still arguing with each other, a lady finally comes to the desk and I tell her I just need to pay for my order so it can get made, This woman was black, and so was my male friend who was with me. She looked me dead in my face and told me I’m not taking your order but I will take your friends, then asked me to leave the store, my friend asked the lady if she could pay for mine to, she told him I’m not giving him food, I waited patiently, my friend has autism and didn’t see what didn’t really understand it . I was the only white man in the store, and I believe with everything I love she didn’t sell me food...
