I’ve debated for a long time about writing a review. I’m not even sure if I’ve ever even left one before, but this place takes the CAKE on horrible service. Every time my husband and I come here, there is ALWAYS some sort of issue. The 2 most recent events being when we drove up to the window to grab our food, the lady working asked us if we needed anything else, and before we could even respond or get a word out, she slammed the window closed on us and walked away. I nearly called corporate over this incident. She was beyond rude and hateful and emotionless about her actions. You could tell she didn’t care, and that she didn’t care about customers or her job. (I understand working fast food is hard and draining and that the customers can be even worse.) but slamming a window without giving someone a chance to respond when they have been nothing but nice??? She needs to be fired. As of this morning, my husband and I went to go get breakfast (as I’m pregnant, craving, and extremely picky now) only to be told that they were no longer serving breakfast even though it was still 35 minutes until 11 and we had checked the website to make sure they were still serving breakfast. As for LAST NIGHT, I was craving ice cream, and we called ahead of time to make sure they will still serving and that the machine wasn’t “down”. As soon as we get there and order, we are told they are no longer serving ice cream by the person at the speaker, only to hear her talking to someone else and going “oh okay”. Thankfully we had called ahead and were able to get what we wanted. I honestly chalk this up to someone trying to get out of doing their job and being caught. As for all other events, the fries are always dry and never salty enough, or overcooked. Whenever we want fries, we go to a different location now, and they ALWAYS mess up our order in one way or another.

Read moreI have NEVER had an issue here until this last week. The last 3 times in a row I have gone it’s been nothing but issues and I’ve been going here with my husband and friends for almost 5 years religiously. (I don’t like going to other ones) the first issue was a friend did a mobile order, he drove up to the window and whichever guy works at night now refused to give him his food and told him to go back around (okay understandable but we could see his order on the counter) so we left because the line was insanely long and I bought him food else where. A complaint was filed and he was refunded. Today we do a mobile order again and it’s delivered through door dash. He got food and I got a small chocolate shake. Only it wasn’t chocolate. It’s vanilla, and on the receipt it clearly says chocolate. Okay. No biggie. I’ll let him have it since I won’t eat it. I then ask my husband if he can go and pick up a chocolate shake for me (I am recovering from a major/invasive abdominal surgery and cannot go myself) and my husband comes back with a vanilla shake with ALL the chocolate in the bottom and a straw that looks like a worker chewed on it.
At this point it’s 3 times in a row and nothing but problems. I doubt I’ll continue to go here when there’s another McDonald’s just 5 more minutes down the road. This...
Read moreIt’s sad how miserable fast food workers are these days . I placed a mobile order and for some reason my drive thru code never popped up . I confirmed with the cashier that it was the correct McDonald’s. I even showed a receipt of paying for it. She had an Attitude and said that it was nothing she can do if I didn’t provide a code. I proceeded to ask her what do you mean? I have my receipt right here. She said I’m gonna go get my manager. She gets her manager and the manager is talking about me before she even came to the window. Saying there’s nothing I can do and oh well she can’t get nothing. The cashier proceeds to tell her that I was the one in the window she was talking about. So then the manager opens the window and says what’s the issue ? I said there’s no issue. I’m just trying to pick up my order. She proceeds to say well if you don’t have a code, there’s nothing I can do. I said what do you mean? There’s nothing you can. Do I place the order. She walked away. All this unnecessary attitude for no reason. I left the drive-through and just took my L for for the seven dollars. That’s probably all she made for the hour anyway.
